First - the hotel is beautiful. The Parisian design and historical architecture is hard to ignore, and the restaurant/breakfast hall is quite literally breathtaking. Second - the kindness and quality of service was heavily felt. we arrived very early in the morning and received our room immediately, despite check in time was much later on. Third - the location. A few steps from Galerie Lafayette, close to restaurants and a buzzing nightlife area, yet still quiet at night and feels safe and clean. Fourth - room size (and balcony) was great!

- Breakfast is dull and hardly any options for vegetarians/vegans/GF, if at all. This is a continental breakfast, meaning mostly juice, pastries and cheese - no vegetables, nothing out of the ordinary. Not worth the price and not suitable with today's dietary requirements. - Parking is an issue in Paris as a whole, but some hotels do have an arrangement with parking lots. Luckily, we stayed at a different hotel the previous day which had an arrangement of this sort and managed to find super cheap parking for 3 days through it.

The hotel was in an great location and close to many Paris attractions. Internet was great. I ordered steak from Room Service and it was honestly one of the best steaks I have had in a very long time. The French fries were also crispy and not oily at all. On my first day, one of the managers went up to my room and offered me a lovely hand-written note, with cookies and juice. I very much appreciated that!

One of the staff at reception, the lady who "welcomed" me to the hotel, was not very nice and I would say was a bit on the rude side. I did not feel welcome at all. But that was just her. Everyone else at the hotel was courteous, welcoming and very helpful.

Good location, nice breakfast, nice rooms wth a view. I was travelling daily to the Expo centre and the journey took ~45 mins each way.

Hotel lovely. Nice spacious reception. Traditional French style. Breakfast room gorgeous. There were three of so booked room with connecting bedroom. Gorgeous very clean spacious lovely shutters very quiet. Lovely breakfast well worth the 24 euros Great location. Affluent area and just 5 min walk to Madeleine station which give you access to all the tourist places.

Just a few small things when we arrived the first night I asked for teabags and service manager on duty said to me there was a shop 2 mins away were I could buy teabags I was shocked and even more shocked at it was 11 pm at night. We had breakfast each morning which was lovely but I do think they should have served all fresh fruit I think there was some tinned fruit.

The Bedford is beautiful and is very centrally located. Close to the public Metro system, restaurants, cafes and shops. It was a safe area and popular with families. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful with directions.

For the quality and price of this hotel I thought NOT having a kettle, coffee and tea facilities in the room really let it down. As a side note - there is no iron or ironing table, no slippers or bathrobes in the rooms (there is a common ironing room on the ground level)

Great location. About 2 or 3 blocks from the Madeline Church. Many restaurants and things to do close by. Highly recommend it, will certainly consider staying there again.

When we first checked in we were given a very small room that did not look like the pictures in booking.com, and with a safe that did not work. We went back and asked for another room with a working safe, advised the room did not look like the rooms in the photos, and we were given a better room. The second room was great, spacious, with a decent view of the street.

The staff is very nice and eager to help guests, they seem very committed to the well being of their clients.

The room for that price is microscopic. Literally a bed and a desk! The bathroom has absolutely no ventilation and they use a bed cover that you cannot tell if it was cleaned before (because of the model of the duvet). The sink doesn't evacuate water properly either

The location, decoration, cleanliness Juliana in the reception is amazing and there was a young man helped us with the luggage i think they are a add up to the hotel for perfect stay One more important thing: bathroom in this apartment only had water spry for washing which was great for us

The room missing hair dry Iron Slippers bathrobe The night shift are not really nice The man who fixed the sofa bed to make it ready was really rude he was off the limits he even wanted us to sleep three on on bed Although before i’ve arrive i contacted the property to make sure the apartment fits three adults and one child and they have confirmed it but that man didn’t like it, also while fixing the bed he kicked me out of the living room where i was sitting because the other room was already has ppl setting

Good value for money, location, clean and refurbished rooms, friendly housekeeping and restaurant team. I was also happy with the hotel providing me with a more spacious room and a nice room view.

I’ve noticed that the team at the Reception can sometimes be cold and not very good at multitasking. For instance, when I asked the front desk agent for help with calling a taxi—since my Uber App was taking a while—they told me that only the concierge handles taxi arrangements. The concierge was busy, and though other reception team members were free, they didn’t help out. This was quite disappointing because I was in a rush for a business meeting, and it’s tough to get a taxi in Paris during morning hours. In my opinion, calling a taxi is a simple request that anyone at the front desk should be able to handle.

When arriving Elodie greeted me warmly. I was weary from traveling and she reassured me that my room was ready. I had reserved and paid for a second room for friends and they kept us on the same floor which made it very convenient for us. I was allowed to check in early which was very much appreciated. After checking out on Sunday they held my bags so I could take an excursion. However, on my way to the tour, I pulled a leg muscle and had to return to the hotel for help. Elodie, Jeff and Thomas were a tremendous help and called a doctor so I could get the medical attention I needed. I was treated so kindly, I will never forget them. I can’t thank them enough! The gorgeous surroundings while I waited gave me some degree of comfort.

Nothing! It was an excellent experience! I have traveled to Paris three times before but this will be my hotel on all future stays.
