Location is perfect for city exploration, just couple minutes from metro station, nearby is bus stop to reach paris-beauvais airport shuttle. Neighborhood is gorgeous, exactly what I expected, window views is nice as well. For breakfast there is an amazing coffee shop just across the street. Stuff was very nice and helpful, room has been cleaned daily, with changing sheets. After all I heard about Parisian hotels it was quite pleasant. Rooms are not too big, but feels comfortable and looking good. Overall it was really relaxing place with a quite family atmosphere.

Walls are very thin and there is quite low soundproof, if neighbors are loud you will hear it for sure

The location is excellent - the Hotel is located in the 8th quarter about 200 meters from the closest metro station and 300 meters from two additional metro stations. The room was large, the bed was wide and cozy. There was a small deposit box in the room. a tiny elevator allows for easy access (although there are a few steps at the entrance and one more from the reception booth to the elevator). The shower was great - warm water throughout the day. The hotel staff was nice and helpful.

There is a requirement to leave the room key at the reception every time you go out. It is a strange and old-fashioned requirement. Generally speaking, the room was clean, and beds were made on a daily basis, and so was the refill of the shampoo and soap. However, one evening we did find a long black hair on the bed cover, obviously the hair didn't belong to any of us.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with a lovely view onto the streets of Paris. It felt both modern in its facilities with an old world feel with the decoration and the photos match the rooms perfectly (always a bit of a worry sometimes). They've done an excellent job of soundproofing the room from the outside noise and I couldn't hear the busy street below at all. The location was perfect with most places within walking distance and metro stops close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Paris

Great clean airy hotel. Excellent location, nearby metro & plenty of buses to link to other buses/metro to central & outer Paris. We didn’t opt for breakfast as there are loads of great cafes & restaurants nearby. We booked comfort room which was good room size with a very small en-suite bathroom. Rooms not air conditioned but there was a fan which did the job. Room was cleaned each day without asking. Staff were absolutely incredible (thank you so much), very polite & helpful with advising which metro line/buses to take to any sites we were visiting on the day. I would without hesitation, stay at this hotel again but maybe opt for a larger size en-suite bathroom, if available. We understand recently hotels taken over by new owner who is looking to install air conditioning in rooms, which would be bonus.

My wife and I happened to be in Paris when there were strikes going on in France. We wanted to book a taxi for an important appointment, but we were told that due to the strikes, the taxi could not be guaranteed. We spoke to the lady in charge of the hotel and she very kindly offered to take us to the place of our meeting in her own car (naturally free of charge) as she was going in the same direction at about the same time. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there is a café exactly next door to the hotel. Otherwise, you buy your croissants or baguette there and have breakfast in your room (electric kettle, tea, coffee etc. available in the room).

Lovely boutique accommodation in a convenient city CBD part of Paris, close to a few metros, cafes, restaurants etc. The rooms were well decorated, clean, with windows and everything you need. It was a very inexpensive way to stay in the heart of Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful and it felt like a small family owned business.

It probably would be good to have air conditioning in the summer but we had a fan and we were out most of the time so it didn’t matter. We opened the large balcony doors and it gave us some breeze. The location was very convenient for metro and getting around Paris but as it was in the CBD area it was a bit quiet during the weekend if you’re wanting more of a cafe vibe. We still found some locket cafes nearby.

The room was well suited for a family of three. We stayed at this hotel for 11 days. It was spacious enough that we can still move around even with 5 big luggages inside the room. Very practical and very economical since we only used the room for sleeping and mid day rest. They also clean the rooms and sanitize the floor everyday. Location was superb since walk to Arc de Triomphe (sights) was around 10 minutes and same time going to Champs Elysees (shopping). There was also DIY laundry service that was around 15 minute walk as well as professional service should you wish to leave your laundry overnight or longer. Cheap eats like Asian and other cuisines were also found nearby. The boulangerie at the ground level is a must try! Lastly, St. Augustine Church, one of the nicest churches that we have been to can be reached by foot at around 10 minutes. Bed was comfy enough, not too soft and not to hard. Extra bed was a single bed and not a sofa or pull out bed.

No particular dislike on this hotel. Very insignificant details to notice and give attention.

The room is big enough for two big cases to open up. Soft sheets and a high level of hygiene make me feel comfortable just like at home. The hotel is 500 m (3 min walk) to Colosseo. One Supermarket (Carrefour) is on the right side, and one ticket booth is on the left side. You don't have to worry about the supplements for your travel. A big surprise is the breakfast. The breakfast is put on a trolly and you can enjoy your first meal in the bed. Thanks to the hospitality of Jason and the warmth of Aldo. High recommend treating this place as your home in Rome.

The sound of the water pump .... a little annoying ....

Beautiful room, clean, nice decor, I loved the shower. The room was small, but gave that luxurious feeling and the location is perfect. I only had to walk 5 minutes to the venue I had an event at. If I am ever back in Paris would definitely come back to that place.

My room shared a wall with the hotel office and I heard conversations, and thud sounds of moving chairs, but that was a bit of an issue for me only because I was very tired and wanted to take a nap during the day and I have a very sensitive sense of hearing.
