Room was lovely & beds very comfy - soundproofing and curtains excellent no noise from the road at all Pool and spa a great additional facility especially the day it rained we really enjoyed it Staff wonderful very helpful we would stay again and recommend Nice area walkable to Arc De Triophme and Champs De Elyees

Nothing re the actual hotel we thought it was great Only thing - it said “ free ride “ from airport on booking .com for “ up to 6 people “ turns out you need 6 people for this so we didn’t get it and there are many conditions attached to this “ offer “

Lovely boutique hotel. Staff were awesome. Front desk could not do more for us. They found restaurants for us, booked taxis and tickets, etc- they were super helpful. Cleaner was excellent!!! 1 of the waiters was a bit grumpy- didn’t seem to like the British but the rest were great. Pool was lovely- especially after a hot day exploring Paris. My daughter (aged 7) had a fab holiday here.

Breakfast was not very kid friendly (fussy eater friendly). Our lack of French (we did try) made us feel a little unwelcome at breakfast. There was no English Breakfast tea (I appreciate I’m in France but if you want guests to feel at home…).

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The reception staff is incredibly attentive and professional, always ensuring everything runs smoothly. A special mention goes to Patrick, who was consistently kind, helpful, and dedicated throughout my visit. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. The pool, sauna, and gym areas were always peaceful and well-maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and excellent facilities.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful, but I must give a special shoutout to Patrick—what an absolute gem! He went above and beyond with his hospitality, care, and charm, making our experience truly 5-star. I can't speak highly enough of him! The spa is top-notch, easily one of the best in the city. The hamam is fantastic and the pool is lovely. Our room was beautifully appointed, with a great view of the main road, but the soundproofing made it quiet and peaceful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Patrick really made our stay memorable and so easy. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

The property is new - everything has the new, super clean feel. It’s located in a beautiful area with private gardens for guest to walk. The pool, hot tub, and sauna - all wonderful (the pool is not heated but it was still open in December- bit chilly as expected but we couldn’t resist!). Each home looks like a slightly different layout, with some being single level and others 2 levels. We stayed in a 2 level , with the bedroom upstairs , with a large window overlooking the greenery. Kitchen downstairs is well stocked . The owners are absolutely lovely and helpful.

Everyone is friendly greeting with big smiles! They have a wonderful breakfast buffet service, room service and dinner. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with AC! Room service is exceptional. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool after a day of tours! If you need to know about the best cafe's in walking distance, talk to Alex. He was wonderful in giving recommendations and directions. The hotel location is perfect walking distance to many cafe's, coffee (very short walk) and many attractions! We had a fabulous time and will stay here again in our future visit!

The pool is fantastic and actually much bigger than expected. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. We had questions on how to use the city bikes at corner and they easily navigated us through the process. Hotel location is very convenient to the train station which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The room size was typical for Paris. I requested two twin beds as I was staying with a friend and they were right next to each other, more like couple style. By photos on the booking cite I was expecting them to be further apart. However, the beds are comfortable.

I love the hotel and location. Absolutely no problems. Had breakfast one time, because we slept in late the whole trip, except for once! View was good for the room! No complaints whatsoever.

I wish the room was bigger. I wish the shower was just a shower and not a tub/shower. Next time, we will get a bigger room and a bathroom with just the shower.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful the service was outstanding the staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need And very helpful, I will definitely return to this hotel,It was my daughter’s birthday the balloons and rose petals was on the bed and chocolate cake was in the room when we arrived thank you so much

The only thing there was roadworks outside the hotel but apart from that I couldn’t complain about anything it was perfect

Staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival and even allowed us to check into one room three hours early when we came to drop off our luggage. The rooms were slightly smaller than we expected but still very comfortable and you could pull a chair out onto the balcony and drink your tea and biscuits overlooking the busy avenue. Pool and steam room was great and made a huge difference after walking around all day to let us relax. The pool has water jets you can call on demand so you can get your daily workout by swimming against the current from the water jets comfortably. There is also an area in the pool where you can just lie back and feel the water jets massage you which was very calming. Breakfast was amazing and we could have stayed all day there eating the wide variety of food. They also let me work in the restaurant area for a couple of hours when I wanted to check my work emails. The hotel is close to central Paris so we could walk most places easily though we did use a Uber to go to the Eiffel Tower in the evening to watch the sparkling light display on the hour every hour in the evening.

They don't offer one room for a family of four so we had to book two rooms which made our stay of two adults and two children very expensive - however most hotels in central Paris don't seem to offer a family room so this is more a comment on Paris hotels in general. There are also roadworks going on currently outside the hotel which made the breakfast area by the street a bit noisy at times, however we could have moved further into the hotel for breakfast if we had wanted which would have made it quieter.
