The apartment is well located with several metro stations close by. There a couple of good supermarkets and plenty of good shopping areas within walking distance. The apartment is showing a couple of signs of requiring some repairs but is clean, has good facilities and is spacious. The host, Cyrille went out of his way to welcome us and point out where the metro stations and shops were located.

The air conditioning unit leaked when turned on. It didn't worry us too much as the weather was mild but I imagine it would be an issue in the summer The safe was unusable.

lovely owner that really help us through early checking in and other information, good and clean room with enough space perfectly for 3 people. location is perfect, in the middle of all tourist attractions, very close to the shopping area, easy to walk around to designs area, and the gallerie lafayet is just 3 minutes walking making it perfect for shopping and drop those stuffs in the room before going to explore the beautiful Paris. highly recommended !!!

The location was great. It was near 2 metro stations and also bus stops. There were also department stores and restaurants nearby. The hosts were also helpful. The apartment also had a balcony

Great location with easy access to bus, RER, and Metro to reach all of the key sites in Paris. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and quiet. Easy walk to grocery stores and innumerable restaurants. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher as well as dishes and utensils. Coffee and tea are available. The apartment also has a clothes washer and dryer. The host met us at the property and provided a helpful introduction to the apartment and the surrounding area. Would stay again.

Great apartment in very good location, well equipped, well maintained, clean and spacious. They have agency office just down the building complex and they are very friendly. We took 2 apartments for large family group, they are located in 2 buildings in the complex. The bigger apartment has bunk beds for kids and sofa bed in the living room, nice balcony and 1 toilet. check-in/out was easy, contacted Cyrille who was very responsive and helpful to allowed us early check-in. we stayed for 5 nights. recommend for your next visit in Paris :)

some small issues - safes are not working. Kitchen tap is a bit broken in one of the apartments. only 1 toilet in the bigger apartment

Location was very handy, supermarket across the street, well equipped kitchen, awesome shower! Very friendly host.

The double bed mattress was really terrible. I was falling in the towards the middle. Too lumpy.!

Friendly host, clean apartment, enough space for our 5-people family, quiet at night, comfortable beds, received great information from our host for touring Paris and for was is available nearby, great location (near various metro and bus lines), mostly: the host was able to check-us in early than expected, which allowed as to visit to sites on our first day.

There was some noise during one night that seemed to come from some machine, but couldn't figured out what it was. Must have been a one-off issue, as the first night all was great.

Cerryl contacted us to make sure we can meet him. He received us in front of the property, brought us to it and explained all the important parts. He was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was seconds from the MTR station - super convenient - and both grocery and clothes shopping just down the street. It had everything you need - dishwasher, tv, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and even a balcony. One amazing feature was the rolling blackout shutters, which we didn't discover until day 2. Perfect for the kids who were sleeping in the livingroom on the sofabed. The person who let us in and showed us around was really lovely and helpful. There was A/C as well, which we all appreciated in the summer heat.

While the apartment we stayed in made great use of the space by placing a bunkbed in a hall leading to the main bedroom, this meant that the bunks had no privacy. The hall was super hot as well as they were just outside the loos. The kitchen sinks was always backed up - I think someone came to help us with that but it was never fully resolved. Wasn't a huge deal though.

With four weary travellers arriving from Australia on a late flight, our host’s friend was their to greet us outside as our taxi arrived. (Let Cyrille know when you are coming). The beds were very comfortable and the apartment has everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better with trains to everywhere within 0 to 300 metres.. The coffee and avocado toast at cafe Braun just up the road was a must. Cyrille, was able to accommodate a late check out at 1 so we could collect our luggage after the morning visiting the Opera for our train to south of France.
