The location could not be any more perfect!!! Super close by a metro station and accessible to all the touristy spots.

Location was superb! Staff was super friendly! Room design was nice considering the small size. Overall good place for a weekend trip!

The rooms was tiny and bathroom was so small. No space to store luggage and no wardrobe. The lamp, the curtain holder was falling apart, fixable, but not good to have things hanging by a thread. Noise isolation could be improved. There was restaurant just outside our window that works late - not very bad with noise cancelling earplugs.

The location is so convenient close to Grands Boulevards Métro and ten minutes (€10 ) taxi ride from Gare du Nord. The hotel is pristine, staff are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is very good. It was very hot in Paris but the toons and hotels are well air conditioned. There is no restaurant and bar but across the road ( four paces) is a restaurant ( Friends et Families) which serves simple but delicious French food. The location is also very quiet yet has many bars and restaurants close by. We also walked easily to the Louvre and Le Jardin des Tuileries and L’Opera.

Location not far from all the important sights (we walked to Louvre and Orsay musemus which is a half an hour walk), excelent breakfast and really kind and helpful staff. My wife left a ring in the room, and on our way home we received an email from the hotel offering to send us the ring - a really nice gesture from their side!

The room was nice and clean, but not too big. Threre could be more space for hanging clothes. The bathroom was a bit tight, and the drain cover in the shower kept falling off when moving under the shower.

My stay at d'Espagne was simply outstanding. The rooms were impeccably clean, a testament to the hotel's commitment to hygiene. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The breakfast was superb, with a well-thought-out menu that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location is easily accessible, making it a convenient choice for travelers. I highly recommend d'Espagne for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Everything was great! The place was clean and the staff was very professional. The bed super comfy ! Highly recommended this cute hotel-;) The staff offered to keep our luggage after we check out since we wanted to roam a little more in the beautiful Paris streets. Thank you.🙏

What we did not like was not in the hotel it was the restaurant close by called Chartier 😉

The location is perfect for my purpose.

Little space for clothes, no bodylotion. My room on the top floor (4) was apparently under or next to a ventilator on the roof which made a constant loud noise. Not nice at night when you are tired and want to sleep. When I informed the staff, they offered me another room on the 2nd floor. Note that when you are not early at breakfast, things may have run out. One day, there was no bread left when I arrived. Upon request, they would bake-off a baguette.

This hotel in perfectly located in the 9th arrondissement, set back from the main avenues in what feels like a dedicated street for small hotels. The staff were extremely attentive, especially ahead of time when we had a few queries regarding accommodating our young daughter. The room itself was larger than expected, which was great. Perfectly clean and had come useful basic amenities.

Whilst the hotel does have accessible rooms for guests with disabilities, ours required a small flight of stairs to reach the room. Not so much a problem, but it became a little inconvenient over time, having to carry a pushchair / car seat up and down every time we left and returned.

The King sized bed was extremely comfortable but it certainly consumed most of the room space. The room was, however efficiently designed with plenty of hooks and hangers. The location was within a 25 minute walk to Isle of St. Louis and museum attractions. Also, many restaurants and bars nearby. (Our fav in Paris was Pomelo Bistrot just a few locks away)

In the room we stayed (202), for us, the shower stall was manageable, but for larger-sized folks it may not be navigable

Great location for our stay in Paris. Close to the train station and very easy to get around. The rooms are very small but you have to expect that as a trade off for the awesome location. Some people complain about the size of the room but you should be aware of what you’re paying for so I don’t feel sorry for those people complaining. In saying that just be very aware the rooms are small and the bathroom/shower is very tiny. If you are a bigger person you will struggle. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was perfect when needed on those early starts when doing tours etc.

Only negative was that we had an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink that got stuck. Didn’t really cause a problem but I was really needing the sink at the time it happened. Was offered another room temporarily as a work around which was nice.
