The hotel is excellently located half way between Sacre Coeur and The Louvre, 20 minutes walking distance of each. The area is quiet and cosy while offering a lot of very good options to eat out, open from early morning until late night, for all budgets and preferences. 2 big supermarkets, Franprix and Monop are a few steps away from the hotel. The room is indeed a bit small but that totally makes sense for the area. It has black out curtains, the bathroom is modern and well fitted. It was cleaned every day. The staff were very kind and warm. The kettle in the room was not working properly but instead in the hotel lobby there is a coffee machine accessible for all hotel guests, even for those who did not opt for breakfast. It makes a really good espresso. And what I appreciated most, by far: the hotel has umbrellas that guests can borrow in case it rains. That’s quite frequent for Paris, I have come find :)

Great location, we can go around Paris very easily. It is close to Metros and Bus stops. The area around has lots of nice restaurants. Our favorite part of this hotel is the room. My kids love the layout of the room, we have 2 floors in our room and a beautiful terrace. Everyday our room is cleaned super neatly and so clean, thank you so much for the cleaning staff effort. It really made our stay wonderful! The view from our room's terrace is magnificent.

They only have one elevator that could fit only three people inside. It was a little tiring when we need to move our luggage upstair, other occasion it was fine.

I think I benefited from my Booking Genius status as I had a duplex family suite on the top floor, with a large balcony (no time to enjoy, I'm afraid, partly due to schedule, partly to weather!) and a bath - very unexpected! There were tea and coffee making facilities and I was able to borrow an iron and mini ironing board. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Lots of cafe's and restaurants in close proximity.

There was no TV for the "downstairs" bedroom and I didn't choose to sleep upstairs, nor did I want to mess up the "second" room. The decor looks really dated, although I think it has actually been fairly recently refurbished - it was just a lot of dark, dark browns and hessian wallpaper. Maybe this is back on trend, but it felt quite depressing! The bathroom was lovely and contemporary and very clean. Terrifying Parisian lift!

I've stayed here four times now, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable, with all facilities close by and a variety of restaurants just steps away. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, especially Sofia, who has been a great support every time I've visited. Her dedication and friendliness truly make the stay even better. The metro station nearby makes getting around very convenient as well. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Very well located in the city center, Grand Boulevards metro station is a 5 minute walk away and many attractions are close by. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets very close by. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Check-in/check-out procedures are quick.

It's a pity there was no fridge in the room. The lift was very small, but this problem is due to the fact that putting a bigger lift in an old house is sometimes not possible.

We had one of the rooms that was 2 levels with an attic, so had a nice balcony that we could sit outside. The main bedroom was upstairs so did get quite hot, but we had a window and air con so it was fine. There was a single bed down, with a bathroom. It was perfect for 3 people. Loved the location of this hotel, with so many restaurants and cafes located nearby. Perfect to walk to "Grands Boulevard" metro station and 15 mins walk to Palais Garnier and Galleries Lafayette. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel could not pre-book a taxi to take us to the Gare de East station early in the morning. They said the taxi companies did not have any available. So we had to get an uber on the morning. The elevator was pretty tiny, but that is standard for hotels in Paris.

Hotel was located in a very good area, it was safe, and there were soo many good places to eat and have fun, very alive area but also located in a street that had no noise so you can sleep peacefully. İt was near to so many metro lines so transportation was easy. Staff were lovely, there were coffee machine in the reception. Room was big enough for 2 and was clean. There was an elevator. I would recommend!

I think they upgrade us to a larger room so it was large for Parisian standard and very comfy. The aircon worked well, the cleaning was well done every day and the staff was very nice! We did not try the breakfast as we were eating out with friends. The hotel was very calm despite behind very central.

Despite the fact that we could see the room had been recently renovated, some tiles (not in an unsafe way - just esthetic) and the iron they landed us were broken.

As a 3 star hotel they have much more better service than 4-5 star hotels in Paris. Staff is always ready to make your Paris better and easier. They are always solution oriented and very kind. Hotel is perfect located just middle of everything.. Room was perfectly clean and well equipped. Of course small rooms like all Paris hotels but architecturaly well designed. I strongly suggest this hotel.

Very cosy hotel. The rooms - fresh renovated repair in rooms and in WC/shower rooms, very clean. Temperature inside of rooms- with thermoregulator, no any issues with Hot water in shower rooms (as on other Paris hotels in accordance with reviews). Good Coffe machine in Lobby. Perfect location to visit main points in Paris(for example, till Eifel Tower- 14 euro by Uber). A lot of cafe/restaurants nearby. We have used two rooms for our family and we are satisfied!
