Stuff is VERY helpfull, outstanding! boutique hotel, new, fresh and clean. very nice breakfast. very good coffee ( also in the room). spacious rooms, toiletiers of l’occitanne are a great addon. very calm, even though situated next to metro and main road. great restaurants 1min walking distance

no such thing. the room service was not awailable on one day, but it didn’t matter as you Can find very good food, till late hours, 1 min walk away

Service from the staff was excellent. The room looks smart and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The location and price was very reasonable, so I would stay here again.

Soundproof from outside not good - you could hear everything. So if you are a light sleeper this might be a problem. Had problem closing one of the window. Leaking air from windows, so cigarettes smoke from outside came in. Stayed in room 109.

Hotel was excellent - so comfortable and clean, staff were super friendly. Location was fantastic for exploring, about a 20min walk to the Louvre and right next to a metro stop. We were able to check in early and could store our bags free of charge.

Two nights we were disturbed by guests next door banging doors and repeatedly entering rooms as the doors are quite close together. Although the hotel had a sign in the bathroom about towels and sustainability, our towels were replaced when we didn't need them to be (we followed the instructions) and the coffee cups are paper which is not sustainable.

I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center, which allowed me to keep up with my workout routine even while on vacation. The easy access to key tourist attractions, quiet area so not noisy at night but close to restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful.

unfortunately second morning into our stay my phone was stolen from our table in the breakfast area. The staff especially the manager were very apologetic and extremely helpful with assisting us. lesson learnt just need to be more careful in future. Don’t let this put you off staying here it was probably a once of event and we would definitely stay there again when next in Paris.

The staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. They really wanted to help us have the most amazing stay. Cannot fault this hotel a great find, and really close to a metro stop (about a 10 seconds away) so easy to get around the city. Really nice decor and appreciate it being off of the main road, nice and quiet!! Lots of nice cafes close by and a small Carrefour on the same road, a short walk from Gare du Nord and Galleries Lafayette!! When I come back to Paris, I will definitely be staying here.

Nothing, I would say the bathroom is small however but wasn’t much of an issue!

This hotel was just a fantastic part of our trip. The hotel staff were first class. I asked ahead to arrange something special for a friend and the hotel decorated the room with balloons and had a beautiful cake waiting. The staff was always around to help and nothing was to much . The rooms were very spacious which was great and clean with a beautiful contemporary design. We had issues with trying to watch English channels and the staff went above and beyond to help us. From walking into the hotel with a welcoming vibe to leaving was perfect.

The property is a little bit of a walk into the centre of Paris however if you was to take in the culture and are happy having a stroll around then it’s great .

It's a cute little hotel, not far from the centre and Galeries Lafayette. It's in a cute, little mews and very close to the metro - about 2 mins walk, if not less and 20 mins walk to Le Louuvre through very pretty streets. Staff are so friendly and hotel is quite modern, though if it has recently been refurbished, it doesn't appear that way.

The reception area is really small, so when you are waiting to check in after a long and early morning travelling to Paris from London, the reception area is not relaxing at all. The bar menu is very limited so not a great option of beverages to choose from whilst you wait alongside other travellers. The late check out therefore offsets the check in time, as staff only have 2 hours to turn the rooms around. The hallways and the lift are so small, but this due to the nature and history of the building. Our bathroom door was held together by tape, and there is no wardrobe space, just a place to hang coats and a few clothing items. Definitely a room for a couple of days in Paris, and no longer.

Very welcoming service from all members of Staff for the duration of my stay. Room was upgraded and was a decent size, especially for Paris. It was incredibly clean with good quality products within the room. A short walk to the Louvre museum with all transport areas provided. For food, there is a plethora of choice (its Paris) close by so easy to grab something if in a rush or book a table for a longer meal. Would easily stay again.

Location was excellent, as were staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet given the location so we have a very good night's sleep

Main gripe was the size and layout of the room. The bathroom door did not open fully as the toilet was behind it. The shower screen was fixed and too small to stop water flowing or splashing onto the floor so floor was always wet (a sliding door would have been sensible), and there was an unnecessarily large dustbin taking up too much floor space which we kept tripping over. Also, in the bedroom, there was a tiny gap between the two parts of the floor area and we kept bumping into each other when trying to get through. The layout was really frustrating
