Our expérience was great. The hotel installations are quite new, with a great decor. There’s a small but very handy elevator. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The location is great! Nice neighborhood, with lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores steps away - you feel like a local as it’s not around the busy touristic areas. 5-minute walking distance to the subway (lines 2 and 3), which makes it easy to go everywhere. I would definitely recommend to others and come back whenever I’m in Paris.

The only minor thing was that the air conditioner control is central, so we are not able to switch between heat and cool ourselves. So the room was quite warm on the first night. However, we asked the staff about it the next day and they helped us right away making the switch. So, not a big deal.

The location was in a residential part of town. Bustling during the day, very quiet at night. It felt very safe. The staff was very nice. We did not buy breakfast, which was not included in the room, but it looked pretty good,

The rooms were tiny (we knew this in advance). The bathroom wasn't much bigger than the bathroom on an airplane. The worst thing was when I asked for some glasses, they informed me that it was forbidden to drink wine in our room. There is a lounge downstairs and it probably would be OK to drink there, but we were not happy that they didn't want us to drink (or even eat) in our room.

Great location very close to two metro stations. The property itself is very clean and was exactly as per the pictures. The many staff that we spoke to were all very nice and extremely helpful. The soundproofing between the rooms was also excellent as were the mattresses which we all said were the comfiest that we have ever slept on! Thank you for an excellent stay we will definitely be returning.

One of our groups rooms was only cleaned on the first day despite the make up my room sign being on the door. The reception was very obliging though and gave us fresh towels and toilet paper to restock the room.

Great Location in Paris, in a quiet neighborhood close to public transport and with an outdoor street market right in front, along with many cafes. The staff were super friendly and helpful - they accommodated us and we were able to check-in earlier. The entire hotel is very clean and nicely decorated - everything is compact as you would expect in Paris but has everything you need. Overall great value for money - we will definitely come back here during our next stay!

There are a few parking garages within a short walk from the hotel, however they are quite expensive compared to other parking garages in the city so if you’re coming with a car it’s a bit of an additional cost - however you can find cheaper garages a bit further away.

Nice and cosy hotel, nicely decorated. The room (junior suite) is spacious. The breakfast buffet offers sweet and salty options.

A certain lack of willingness to accommodate guests' wishes prevents one from feeling welcome. No food and drinks allowed in the rooms could be ok, but there is nothing but water available in the lobby. Response to the request for a lemon squeezer was positive one day, negative the day after. Annoying: unsolicited spamming with promotional mails regarding airport shuttles.

The hotel is placed in a very nice area, close to the metro station (about a 5 min walk). You had plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, mostly locals. In the morning there is a grocery market nearby. They had a designed storage area for luggages, in case you have a late flight and don't want to carry them around the city. The price was great compared to other stays and the facilities as well.

The room was small, but that is common for Paris. The soundproofing is not that good, you can hear people in the hallway, but at night it's quiet. If you are traveling with a friend, it may be a bit uncomfortable because you can hear everything from the bathroom ( it's a sliding door between the two of them). They are changing your sheets daily, so you have to ask them not to if you don't want it. We stayed for 2 nights and we didn't feel the need to have them changed.

Perfect size, good price, fantastic location a quickish taxi ride from Gare du Nord, gorgeous room with crisp sheets, and just the right kind of mattress - not too soft, not too hard - we both slept so well, and it was absolutely quiet too. No street noise in the heart of Paris! Highly recommended. And there are wonderful cafes nearby, serving delicious food til about 10 30. We got in by a late train, so this was important to us.

Can't think of anything we didn't like

The location was amazing and decorated beautifully, lots of cafes and bars nearby. The bakery opposite called Laouz made the best ice coffees and had some good pastries. Staff were friendly and helpful. The price of the hotel was amazing, very good value for money and the whole hotel was spotless.

We didn’t like the rule about not eating or drinking (other than water) in the room. Coffee in your hotel room should be standard and after a long day and night out of the hotel we ordered food and was made to eat it downstairs in the breakfast room. The room was also very small compared to the photos.

The hotel was modern, stylish, clean, bright & airy. Our room was compact but adequate, nicely decorated & very clean. The French doors to the Juliette balcony were great to let some fresh air in too.

The lift! This is not for anyone who is claustrophobic. I have never seen such a small lift but since we were only on the first floor we used the stairs. However this wasn’t an issue & is such a minor point.

The room is clean and beautiful! U have everything needed in the room. The hotel is very well located. Also, liked the option to leave my luggage in the hotel on the check-out day which helped a lot! Thank you for this :) Also, there was possibility to take the hot water any time.

The key didn't work stable, needed to ask the staff to fix the door key card everyday which was annoying. The room size is quiet small but it's normal for Paris.
