- close to metro station M2 and M3 (2-3 minutes walking distance) - in walking distance from Sacre Coeur (25 minutes) - plenty of restaurants with good food and great reviews nearby - friendly staff and great communication from the hotel (they send out an email to prepare for your arrival, here you can choose different packages with macaroons, champaign, also they send out an email to ask for review of your arrival and check-in process) - good size room, very clean and modern - good size bathroom with amenities

We stayed over 1 night in order to be close to the major "tourist" type activities (1st time in Paris). Eric was absolutely amazing! He welcomed us warmly, allowed us to leave our luggage (we were hours before check in), and advised/directed us into the city. The location was great, room was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. ~Bob & Lisa

Quirky place with truly friendly and helpful concierge. Rooms are small and bedding was clean. Our air conditioner was leaking but the concierge moved us immediately to a new room. Complimentary coffee and croissants but would’ve appreciated some tea!

Tiny lift but usual for this area. Ask for a room on a lower level and use the stairs.

Location & staff. Everything was clean but a bit shabby with exception of beautifully renovated bathroom.

A more functional area for clothing & nightstands would be helpful. Some of carpets, walls, furniture were shabby but clean. Would appreciate Nespresso machine in room.

super clean, comfortable bed, bathroom was also really clean. hotel is minutes away from the metro so really easy to get into the main city lots of cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast or dinner.

small rooms however, it wasn’t really a problem - no need for a huge room on a city break we were only there at night.

Great location, close to metro stop and in a quiet street. Close to Montmartre for tourist visits. Room was air conditioned which was a blessing in the summer heat. Helpful staff and luggage facility appreciated.

Not a big issue as we stayed there for two nights, but our room was small and didn't have much light.

Such friendly and helpful reception staff (they were seriously so lovely). Beds comfortable and remade daily as well as fresh linen. Close to the metro. It was great we loved it.

The property was located on a quiet street very close to many restaurants and cafes as well as 3 minutes from the metro. We had a small room, but everything we needed. Rooms were cleaned daily and breakfast was provided.

Could work on making it a bit more soundproof, but wasn’t a major issue.

Located in a very nice part of Paris. Easy access to Metro-stations and within walking distance of some of Paris's main attractions. Very friendly lady at reception who was even kind enough to take our bags to our room after we arrived early and stored our luggage downstairs. Great service! Coffee and croissants upon check-in was also great. We did not try the breakfast so we cannot comment.

The only negative was the formation of some mould in between the tiles in the shower of our room (Room 24).
