The location is 10 out of 10, with most main attractions within walking distance (though the Eiffel Tower is a bit of a walk, it allows you to explore more of the city). The neighborhood is lovely. The hotel is well maintained; the rooms are clean, fresh, and equipped with everything you need. I’d say the sound isolation is all right; there is almost no street noise when the window is closed. Although the cheapest rooms are really tiny, they're adequate for two guests with two small suitcases. Guests can conveniently refill their water bottles on the ground floor.

The breakfasts do not include hot meals.

Even if the rooms are small, there is everything needed to have a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious. Good quality coffee + cheese + ham + croissants + freshly made orange juice!!! There is also a communal coffee station and microwave and kettle you can use all day which is very very handy! The location was perfect for walking to and from most touristic areas. There are shops nearby to have a quick bite and the area felt safe to walk alone at dark.

There was not a lot of natural light coming into the room as the window faces a small indoor court. The shower is very small and the curtain could not contain the water so it kept on pouring on the floor. I would have liked a kettle in the room or a coffee maker. Also a small fridge could be useful.

It is a great property at great location. Very well connected with public transport facilities. Hotel was clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast so overall good value for money.

Some here and there which would be good to have. For an example, could be more variety at breakfast and one sofa at room instead of single chair. But as I mentioned these are something good to have not must. 😁 P. S.- Shower bottles were empty when I checked-in.

Hallways were a little odd

The hotel is modern and common areas (Hall, breakfast room) are suitable for a short stay. Rooms were clean and had pretty much everything one could need beyond what could be found in common areas. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful albeit not very friendly (Although I did get that impression from every Parisian beyond the hotel)

Rooms were really small, with barely any space to walk around or leave luggage without hindering mobility around the bed. Not saying that a claustrophobic person would have a hard time, but it's the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in.

This was my third time to stay in this hotel. The room though small was so comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a small problem with our sink stopper but were accommodated fully and it was rectified the next day on Monday when there was a technician available. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a great choice. There is a fresh drinking water machine available in the lobby. I will definitely book this hotel again.

The room carpet have a smell or dust both of us couldnt stop sneezing and coughing so bad I tough we got under the weather but when we were out was fine the moment we came back started over again As soon we got home was like no coughing or sneezing Maybe some product used to clean the carpet on something else. Would be nicely to check on that as the hotel and the personal are amazing

I liked nearly everything about this place. It is conveniently located near Gare Saint Lazare, the breakfast area was quite nice. The overall furnishings and decorations were nice.

The elevator was microscopic, but this is quite common in Paris (I lived there for a year). The WiFi was almost unusable (fortunately, I was able to tether to my phone with no issue).

Great location next to 2 metro stations - Europe & Rome. Felt very safe walking around & lots of lovely bars & a supermarket just a short distance away.

Our double room was exceptionally small we could barely move around & the shower is the smallest shower I’ve ever been in.

Very good location and easy to get around everywhere. Felt very safe at night. Fresh orange juice and coffee at breakfast was great.

We moved room twice, first smelt of smoke and second damp- rooms need air freshener. Very small lift, only fits one person and a suitcase! Streets were noisy at night and bin men early so didn’t sleep much!
