The location was amazing - about 15 mins from central Paris and a local lively atmosphere that was brilliant. Wonderful boulangerie on the corner and some wonderful bistros (we enjoyed Chez Papa’s IPA and crème brûlée). Highly recommend. All staff wonderful and helpful.

Can’t really find any fault with the hotel. They were so good.

I loved the location and the staff. Many important attractions are just in walkable distance. We also enjoyed a nice bakery right on the corner of the street. We had a problem with electricity in our room and thanks to the staff it was fixed quickly. They changed our room within an hour. Anything we asked was nicely provided.

The toiletries are not so good. We had very overdried and itchy skin after using the shower gel. The rooms need a bit of renovation but it wasn’t bad in general

The location is great, walking distance to 2 metro stations, Liege and Place de Clichy. A lot of restaurants and convenient stores around. Love the bakery just opposite to the hotel. Also, free tea or coffee at the lobby is a bonus, sometimes there were croissants too! The room has everything you need and the bed is sooooo comfortable ! Only 20 minutes walk to Montmarte. Very happy with the stay at this hotel, very reasonable price!

We stayed at a triple room, according to the receptionist, no balcony for all triple rooms. It would be nicer to have a balcony and with better street view.

The staff were lovely and always helpful. The location was great. On a quiet street but in a vibrant area, with easy access by bus, metro or on foot to get around Paris. Our the hotel and our room was very neat and clean. We had breakfast included which we hadn’t expected.

When we arrived we were booked into a room that hadn’t yet been renovated. It was not what I’d seen online when booking and was not what I was expecting so I checked in with the staff and they moved us to a room as soon as they could. The staff handled this really well. It’s just worth noting for people checking the hotel website it says all rooms are renovated, but they haven’t actually all been completed yet.

The staff was very pleasant to deal with and made my stay comfortable. I arrived early and they got me in my room right away which was very unexpected and much appreciated. The rooms are a little older (no electrical outlets next to the bed) but a good size for Europe and comfortable. I couldn't get the air conditioning as cool as I would have liked it because of the limit on it but it was ok. The bathroom was big enough and clean. The WiFi worked good. The location is in walking distance to several Metro stops and in a very good, safe area.

My biggest complaint is that the property next door was very noisy through the wall (my room adjoined the next property), not the hotel's fault. The breakfast was ok but not a lot of choices. I would suggest updating the televisions to smart TVs that can use streaming services, only French TV through antenna was available. The bed was very firm.

The hotel is located in a great area with theatres, small restaurants, bistros, shops and bakeries. You have everything around you at less then 1 minute. It is very lively in the evening and there are many options to dine out. Very clean and beautiful area with locals mostly. There are 2 different metro station nearby. Easy access from CDG. The hotel offers 2 types of rooms and although we booked Superior room because of the double bed it turned out that they are not renovated and look much older than in the picture, and have bathtube not shower. We asked for a change of the room and we got a TWIN which was actually with 1 big bed with 2 mattresses so it was completely fine. These rooms are much better, newly decorated, bright and with shower cabin. The ones that look over the street which is pedestrian with 2 bistros, have small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The lobby offers free water, espresso and coffee which was great. The staff was very polite.

Nobody cleaned the room between 10 am and 16 pm when we got back and started knocking which is pretty late.

Very well located. Near Monmaitre, Lafayette and 15 min bike to the Louvre, Jardin des Tuleries. Has a bike station one block away. The staff was good. With clear indications when I needed help. Hotel very clean. I did not purchase the breakfast because it was a little bit expensive (14 per person).

- the biggest issue I had was that there was a construction on the hotel and also in street (entrance of the hotel). I would have love that the hotel notified me this or at least decrease my price. I woke up two days at morning because of the construction noise. This only happens 2 days out of 5 I was there.

Most of our stay were really nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was nice, since it was close to at least 2 metro lines and bus stops. It was really convenient to move around.

As it concerns the stuff most of them were really helpful and kind the only problem was last day we’re supposed to check out in the morning but early the previous day we made a new reservation for the night so we can stay in the room and we paid in the spot so at check out the woman that was there was really rude and muttering under her breath in French like that was the biggest inconvenience while saying over and over that we owed her money eventually it was proven that we did pay and she did not even apologise

This hotel was such a lovely find, I would definitely recommend. Small but well designed room, perfect cleanliness and all the facilities you need with a lovely Juliet Balcony. Staff were friendly & really helpful. Breakfast was really good, such a variety. Restaurants, cafes & shops nearby, just a short walk from metro so perfect location and felt safe. Short stroll to cafes & sights of Montmarte. I stayed during Olympics so room prices higher than normal but to be expected.

No complaints, a great experience, would recommend.
