This is the perfect boutique hotel for a short stay in Paris. The neighbourhood is one of the best in the city, in my opinion, and everything we wanted was very close to hand. The staff are gracious and friendly, the rooms are well decorated and clean; a little on the small side but then it's Paris. We loved the way that the breakfast came served to our room with not a plastic container in sight! Everything carefully and thoughtfully laid out in little dishes and on a nice tray. We will come back, definitely.

What a beautiful hotel. Pristine clean, spacious room with a leafy green courtyard for our personal use. It was decorated with antique furniture and a had a very comfortable bed. There were fresh flowers waiting for us as well as some other goodies for us to enjoy. The hotel was located perfectly within walking distance to all the major attractions, cafes and restaurants around Paris. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. They also provided a very good breakfast in a unique stone walled space downstairs. Highly recommended.

No mini bar in the room but that was not a big deal.

Hotel staff are wonderful. They are friendly, attentive to guests, and helpful with every aspect of our stay. The hotel is in a great location to see Paris, whether by taking public transit or walking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as well as spacious which is rare in Paris. The Double Room is large and the Terrace Room has a lovely outdoor patio. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Overall, we had a great stay. There were a few concerns. It is a classic building so noise travels easily throughout the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend earplugs. The bathroom is well-equipped. The shower could be more convenient if the shower head was on a holder that bends, instead of being fixed to the wall. The showerhead must be used as a handheld. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection can be spotty / go out. These were small issues and did not significantly impact our stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I feel that we were treated like family, and everyone was eager to make sure we had everything we needed. Being a small hotel, we received the personal touch, and it was lovely to be greeted by reception staff who knew your name. The area was close to bars,shopping, and restaurants, but the street itself was so peaceful. Bed was very comfy as well and good quality linen. Although we didn't put hanger on door asking for room to be serviced,fresh towels provided and tea tray always refreshed.

Gives an authentic french ambience, furniture and decorative features are very traditional, centrally located to everything (venues such as the Louvre, catacombs, Calife dinner, seine cruises, Norte dame, multiple parks, museums, restaurants) all very walkable. Staff is wonderful. We had fresh beautiful roses on our last night. They have a lovely lobby with free coffee and tea all day! (Yes, an expresso machine), umbrellas if you need to borrow one for the day (super helpful on those rainy days). The cleaning crew is phenomenal and very friendly, they will exchange a full bottle of water for an empty one. The hotel is 2 small blocks away from the metro. The two lovely gentlemen you see on the website are the same ones you see every morning! They are sweet, helpful and very professional. The entire staff is amazing. We loved the experience so much, we booked the hotel again after coming back from Italy. We will definitely come back to this hotel again!

Super small elevator but honestly it added more charm to the place! We thought it was so cute and two people with luggage fit just fine

Spotless room, cleaned every day. Comfortable bed and lots of hot water and water pressure in the tub/shower. Fresh flowers in our room. Windows opened for fresh air. Kind, helpful staff, all of whom spoke English. Good sized room, especially for Paris. Breakfast was cold meats and cheeses and pastries and yogurt with the option to order cooked eggs. Macarons and bottled water provided. On a quiet sidesteps but very close to metro station. Loved the 24 hour front desk.

Elevator very small (typical for europe), tight winding stairs could be difficult for some (not for us). No mini fridge in the room.

What a beautiful hotel! We had a lovely time here on our recent visit to Paris. From the moment we booked, the communication was brilliant and that continued throughout our stay. We were celebrating a special anniversary and the staff and owner went out of their way to make our visit special and memorable! The location is excellent - easy walking distance to most of the central city attractions, and two minutes walk from a metro station. Lots of good bars and restaurants close by, and 25 minutes by metro to the Gard du Nord. Absolutely recommend - lots of thoughtful detail and a truly Parisian stay!

Nothing - perfect as it was!

The staff was excellent. They are helpful and hospitable. We received help in making dinner and taxi reservations. The rooms were delightful and the bed was very comfortable. They also serve a delicious breakfast.

The only minor thing is that the rooms should be checked to make sure that all the lamps work and that things like the ironing board is not broken. Just make sure rooms are in working order.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We loved our bright, sun filled room with balcony. We loved the little beautifully furnished lobby with a great espresso machine with cakes and goodies available. The staff were remarkable. So friendly, helpful and professional. Everything an old world, boutique hotel should be. 💗
