Nice location, close to the Metro and Bus stops. Also a lot of shops, restaurants nearby. On the corner a very good Bakery, even Cinema. Very easy to reach the downtown but still relaxed area. The staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. They also gave us bigger room on the same price and stored our luggage after checking out. The breakfast was also good, buffet type, continental type. It is a butique hotel, so no bar, no fridge, but it is not a negative, it is a fact for this type of hotel.

Everything was cool, maybe vegetables/salad would be good during breakfast. But it is really not an issue, just a recommendation.

The bedroom was clean and bath towels were changed every day. Furthermore, the room was very silent and the hotel located next to the Alesia metro station and many boulangeries and restaurants were just around the corner. The room was equipped with a small coffee machine (useful in the morning). I firmly recommend this hotel because of the cleanliness of the room, the kindness of the staff, and the location from Which you will easily reach all the most important attractions taking the metro or the bus.

The room was quite small and not so hot because of the centralized air system and I found 4 cold and windy days in Paris. Sometimes Wi-Fi did not work properly.

A great little boutique hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. A compact, stylish room with an excellent shower. The location was perfect for us as it was on the Metro Line 4 so we didn’t have to change from Gare du Nord. Lots of excellent cafés, bars, patisseries and boulangeries and a quick metro journey right into the centre. Alesia is a bustling, friendly, residential neighbourhood and feels very safe. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet at night. We were also impressed with the air conditioning which, unlike many hotels, was silent! Not having to check out until 12pm was a real bonus too. A great little gem in a wonderful city.

The only thing which would have made the room even better would have been a set of drawers for underwear, socks etc! But really everything was great.

The rooms were super clean and were cleaned every day. I also loved the little coffee machine in our room :) There were many nicer brasserie and patisseries in this area (as it was less conjested with tourists) The staff were super friendly and check in and out was super easy!

The bed wasn't the comfiest, two seperated matresses were put together as opposed to a double, but fine for 3 nights. The location wasn't the best if you prefer to walk.. 1hour+ from main hot spots. No issue if you don't mind the metro (roughly 23-30mins to get to main locations)

Overall not bad. Not exactly in city centre area, so have to take metro for number of stops to go to tourist attractions area. But the hotel is in a good residential quiet area in 14th arr. Feels safe. Staffs are good friendly. If you prefer staying away from crowded city centre in a quiet safe local neighbourhood, this can be an ideal option.

Amazing experience and exceptional service at thus boutique hotel! The staff are very helpful and friendly, we basically had consierge service. The location is great! Quiet area, not packed with tourists and it's right next to the metro. Rooms are clean and stylish, breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere is intimate and quintesentially French. Last but not least, the place is very reasonably priced. A big thank you to the manager Bessah and the rest of the staff, we are looking forward to coming back!

Bed was too firm to my taste. I had to sleep on extra pillows and even that wasn't ideal. If you have problems with your back this hotel may not be for you.

Great hotel. The location is wonderful, only a few minutes walk away from the metro and several inexpensive bakeries, in a quiet neighborhood. The room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were new and modern. The staff were very friendly and were at the reception 24/7. They helped us with what we asked for. I will return to this hotel on my next trip and I highly recommend it.

The staff is very friendly and gave us a good location to park our car for a decent price. The metro station is close to the hotel, which gives plenty of opportunities to discover all that Paris has to offer.

A bigger elevator, since it's rather small (and can cause claustrophobia ;-))

Almost everything, staff went out their way to help, Mahmoud (manager) was exceptional, very humble and professional, all other staff who I had met very extremely helpful and kind. Metro line 4 is a 3-4 minutes walk away. very easy to move around.

We had to wait a few hours before we could check-in but it was not hotel's fault, we were early as our flight landed early in there were no rooms available. Rooms are fairly small but they are clean and well taken care. A little pricey too !!
