People who complain about the room being small - we did not think that was the case at all. Maybe if you are staying for a week or two, then do not get the smallest room type, but we stayed for 4 nights and it was big enough. Room was really cozy, view was great and bathroom deserves an extra mention. Other family members stayed in the bigger room type and they liked it aswell. Breakfast was nice and there was exactly enough of everything. Location is perfect - everything is super close or a metro ride away. Also, when checking out and trying to pay for the minibar, reception told us all the stuff in it were free. :) Did not know that in the beginning, but maybe it encourages someone else to take the stuff without worrying about the cost! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others aswell.

If you are a light sleeper, perhaps request a room with a yard view and away from the elevator - most noise came from there. We did not have problem falling asleep, but you can hear everything through the doors.

excellent communication w staff before and after our stay..all my needs were met. our room was perfect with a balcony perfect for morning breakfast or coffee or just admiring the parisian buildings..room was basic but clean. toilet and bath was modern and clean staff were very quick to respond to my requests. hotel was accesible to nearby attractions ..seems a quiet area. I would love to stay here again

The location of the hotel is good. Close to a few important and main metro stations. There is a supermarket - monoprix right around the corner. The interior of the rooms is comfortable, reasonable decorations and quite big in area. The staffs are all very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Sabrina, she is thoughtful and caring. We received a very warm welcome from her on the first day. In conclusion, this hotel is very convenient to live in, I totally recommend staying there for both short and long periods.

Beautifully welcoming hotel on Rue de Moscou. Great location for seeing most of Paris, especially if you want to explore Montmatre etc. Room was chic and comfortable - yes was a little small but these grand old buildings were not originally made for hotels, so fair play to the hotel design and architects on creating such comfortable spaces out of these gorgeous historical buildings. The shower was fantastic and the bathroom felt very roomy despite the smallness overall of the room (again, totally understandable). The staff kept me very well stocked with coffee and even English tea which was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the area and Paris in general. Wonderful short stay for me and the husband, and would happily stay here again.

Nothing! As I said, yes the rooms are a bit small but these beautiful historic buildings were not made as hotels, and you would risk losing so much of their grand character if the hotel Companies altered room dimensions too much. So - perfect as it is!

the room was very clean and comfortable. we had everything we needed and the room service was great. the bed was very spacious and comfy and it’s located in a very quiet and safe street so we slept very well. there’s a metro station nearby and lots of things to do within walking distance. we chose the queen room with balcony which we enjoyed very much. the balcony is very aesthetically pleasing with a lovely view. also the air conditioning was amazing. would definitely recommend this hotel:)

had to live off my suitcase cause the closet didn’t contain much but I didn’t really mind that. also the walls are quite thin😬 there were some annoying loud girls in the next room but it was a very minor inconvenience.

Was in a lovely and quiet area. Close to a lot of shops and stations as well.

The ONLY thing I would say that wasn’t amazing was the breakfast. I felt there could have been more of a selection and that food would be a bit more tasty.

The hotel was more beautiful than the photos they had online, very clean and modern hotel with spacious room and bathroom. The neighbourhood is very safe and near a lot of restaurants and attractions, also close to the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when trying to book taxis. They offer homemade lemonade at the lobby which is also nice. Our room had a balcony-we didn't expect the balcony to be this large when we initially booked it, however it was quite large, fitting a bistro set as well.

We had a very good stay at the Best Western and would definitely look to book here again. Despite the rooms being smaller (which is to be expected for a city centre), they are furnished to a very high standard and have great amenities, such as a Nespresso Machine, luxurious soaps etc.. The location was good and close to key metro stops. The hotel was also in easy walking distance to the Arc De Triumph We found staff to be very friendly and on hand to answer any queries. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

it was great stay in Paris. we were given better room when we checked in. very good location, bus stop and metropolitan station is near. you could walk to some attractions. staff were kind enough. clean, nice bathroom 👍

bathroom kit was missing a hand soap when we arrived. not a huge issue tho. And there is no wine opener in the room due safety reason as per the staff. so we needed to ask them to open each time. The hotel organized a taxi for us on the date we were leaving, which was a great convenient, but taxi driver charged us different amount than what staff advised us as fixed price.

The rooms are nicely furnished and average sized for Paris. Cleanliness was excellent. Location superb. Showers are the absolute best. Water restocked everyday was great for active travellers. Robes and slippers a nice touch.

Timing of cleaning the rooms, multiple times my partner and I went out all morning and came back after lunch around2-3pm and needed to rest and our rooms were only just being cleaned, sometimes we had to wait. The staff were apologetic and hurried along, this did mean they forgot to restock towels and empty the bin but a simple call the reception fixed this. It just would be better if the cleaning was done mid morning and over lunch. No corkscrew in the rooms - but they do keep one at reception you just cant take it away.
