Great location with very easy access to metro and buses for a short ride to tourist sites. Local area and parks very nice to walk around with plenty cafés / bars etc. Hotel clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and friendly, and gave us some good recommendations for places to eat. The little games room was a plus for our kids and we liked our little balcony in the room. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Paris.

Shower was fine and plenty hot water but it was a bit small/awkward to shower in. We had two rooms and the other one had a bigger shower so probably depends on room. Not a big complaint.

Great location close to the Rome Metro allowing us to access everywhere we needed. There are lots of bakeries, shops and restaurants within walking distance as well.

We booked a family room for 5 and received 2 adjoining rooms which were secured by an additional external door. It was an excellent layout.

We had a room on the top floor, it is a bit dated and some minor TLC could be done but it's an old building, and buildings this old always need a little TLC. What I find is that this is part of the charm of staying in a local Parisian hotel, not an international brand. The location is in a highly residential part of Paris, nearly as non-touristy as you can get in Paris. A 2-minute walk from the Rome M4 Line and a 20-minute walk to the Gare St. Lazare. You get to experience a truly authentic Parisian neighborhood here, and yet major attractions like the Moulin Rouge are a short walk away. I have stayed at many of these types of hotels in Paris over the years, this one will go down as one of my favorites.

As I said, it's an old building, some of the facilities are not in 100% repair, but everything works. The carpet is old and there was some peeling paint on the ceiling. Nothing really affected my stay, simply cosmetic issues.

On arrival I was upgraded from my single room, which was a happy circumstance. It was warm and bright. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all most friendly and helpful. The hotel is at the border of the Europe/Batignolles district which is between two tourist hotspots, so it has a local rather than commercial atmosphere. A short walk from St Lazare station. Useful fridge, Carrefour city round the corner.

A tiny thing: maybe teabags could have been replaced once consumed.

The staff is a wonder and one of the best parts of my stay! Maria, Inès et un jeune homme qui m'a aidée pour les directions ont été on ne peut plus formidables. Inès m'a donné des astuces pour utiliser les transports publics et la recommendation d'installer l'application RATP qui est un atout hors-norme pour se déplacer dans la ville. The location is absolutely wonderful! All the major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel or within one ride with the metro. The metro is literally 2-3 min walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants around. I've shared my feedback with the staff, and they mentioned the hotel will go through some renovation in 2024.

The room was really small, even the elevator and the hallway to go to the room, seems like it's the standard in Paris. The miror in the bathroom had signs of tear.

Room was super spacious given the extra bed added to the room and I know that’s not common in Paris. Elevator was super quick, friendly enough staff, and no bed bugs!! Location was great for what we wanted (to be within half an hour walk of all the big things and easy metro to them).

The shower was kind of ick, and it seems the entire half of where the door should be, the glass was missing so despite trying hard and even taking down the shower handle to shower into the corner where there is a wall, it kept flooding the bathroom floor.

The stay was good, and the staff at the entrance were very helpful.

Did not have a table at right hand side of the bed, had to put my watch and a few other things on the floor. And could do with a hand rail for getting out the bath. As me and my wife are over 70. A mat or something in the bath would be safer if possible.

Very good location, just few meters to several Subway stations, depending on which line you need to take. The closest is the Ligne 2(Line 2). There is a supermarket right at the corner next to the hotel, opens until very late in the evening. So these are the best 2 points of the hotel. The receptionists are very nice too, they explained well about the transportation, areas etc. They also provide coffee, snacks, lemon water free of charge at the reception while you are waiting for friends, family or taxi.

The room is a bit too small for 2 persons
