We, recently stayed at Hotel Cervantes by HappyCulture in Paris, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the kind and helpful receptionists, who made check-in a breeze and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The hotel itself is a haven of peace and quiet in the bustling city. My room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and provided all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. To top it all off, my room had a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower, which added a magical touch to my stay. One of the standout features of the hotel is the lobby, where guests can enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, water, and cake throughout the day. This thoughtful amenity made my stay even more enjoyable and provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the subway, metro, and other public transportation options, making it effortless to explore the city and reach all major attractions. In terms of value for money, Hotel Cervantes stands out. The quality of service, combined with the prime location, makes it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Paris. Whether you’re there for business or leisure, this hotel offers a serene retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Cervantes by HappyCulture for an exceptional stay in Paris. The quiet ambiance, cleanliness, wonderful staff, delightful lobby amenities, and convenient transport access made my visit truly memorable. I look forward to returning on my next trip to the City if Light❤️ Regards to Juanjo, Nicholas and the other guy in the Reception Area

- We booked the premium double room and it was totally worth it! Super spacious, comfortable, great bathroom. Honestly the hotel room was perfect, it exceeded my expectations. - Location is stunning, very quiet near Montmartre and all kinds of public transportation - Very clean and cozy, nice shared spots in the Hotel - Free luggage storage - They checked us in early since the room was already available
- The breakfast is not worth it in my opinion, we even skipped one of the days. For a cheaper and better experience, just go for a walk and get something at a pastry. The breakfast schedule is also pretty early...

However the soaps and shampoo run out and it was not replenished for a few days . Hotel gave us free breakfast one day as an apology It was raining so we brought in dust and requested room to be vacuumed - took a few days of asking No bar No restaurant Breakfast very busy at 8-9:30 staffed by 1 person only Staff was helpful and respectful

Room was very small, but that is normal for Paris.

The room was absolutely lovely! The neighborhood it’s in was really nice and less populated than the super touristy parts of the city. The staff was very helpful and kind. It was nice to have coffee at anytime of the day. The bed was cozy and the balcony was such a lovely part of this stay! Overall, as a solo traveler, I felt quite safe in this area and using the metro nearby.
The only reason I did not give 10/10 stars is because the lift was not working my entire stay (4 nights) and I was on the top floor. I am a very fit person, so it was fine for me, but can’t help but to see the inconvenience this could cause for the average person, especially if they have a lot of luggage. Also, the fire alarm went off one morning randomly and my power went out twice, which was quickly fixed by staff.

The staff at reception were amazing!! Cute little room, perfect for a few days exploring! Free water, free CAKE!!! Free coffee and tea in reception!
Fire alarm went off and no explanation as to why at 7:40am, breakfast that I paid for was pointless, save your money! Beautiful little breakfast room but no breakfast😂 all customers were angry because there was no food, chef / lady in charge was rude to other guests, no plates, had to go through the cupboards to find cutlery/ cups/ plates. Milk / drinks was empty for around 30 mins, people were sat around waiting for it to be topped up. Very hostile environment, ended up going to a local bakery even though I payed the extra money to have breakfast at the hotel!

We travelled to watch some Olympic events and were delayed due to the issues with Eurostar. When i emailed the hotel to explain I was going to be very late, they responded immediately and put my mind at rest with regards to checking in during the early hours of the morning. Complimentary coffee, chilled water and cake in reception all day! Location for the Olympics was excellent - metro and RER stations within a short walk, Montmartre only 10 minutes away by Metro! Room was huge, far larger than expected.
Not a dislike, more an area for improvement - Breakfast was okay, but a little hectic when busy - Could potentially do with a booking system to stagger the times when people come down to eat, or give the young lady serving some assistance... Still not bad - standard continental - bread, pastries, ham, eggs, cheese and coffee.

The location was great; very close to a couple of metro stops and walkable to one of my favourite areas in Paris. The staff were friendly and happy to assist with questions or requests. The common areas were quite nice and inviting. We especially loved the drink options available in the lobby all the time - coffee, tea, still and sparkling water and syrups to flavour them! We appreciate their commitment to sustainability/environment. We were aware it was near some train tracks and did hear one train when we were in the courtyard, but our room was quiet for sleeping. Air con was much appreciated. We enjoyed the breakfasts and felt there were plenty of options. This wasn’t our original scheduled accommodation but switched really close to our arrival due to the air con (which we didn’t have at our previous booked hotel) and we were super happy with having made the switch for so many more reasons than just the pleasing room temperature during a heat wave.
The room lacked a fridge which we would have appreciated but certainly not a deal breaker. We would also highly suggest the hotel change the decision to make the bathroom light motion operated. It’s annoying in the middle of the night to not be able to control if it come on when you really want to avoid bright lights. It certainly looked to us that someone may have tried to tamper with the detector in our bathroom at some point and I really can’t blame them.

Family of four with two adults and two older teens. Stayed 5-9 July. Location - excellent: several metro stops less than 5 min walk to get you across Paris and further afield. We easily got to all the main sights in c15-20 mins on metro plus Versailles and Disney in around an hour. Rooms- we had a twin and two singles and were pleasantly surprised with the size for a European room. Good size bathroom. All nice and clean. Decor is modern. Fab wallpaper! Hotel clearly makes an effort to reduce waste, reusable cups in reception for example. In the area there is a range of cafes and and restaurants in walking distance which we used although we also are in other places before coming back for the evening. Breakfast- continental. Very nice fresh bread. 3 cereals, a few meats and cheeses, marmalade, hotel, pancakes, fruit and yoghurt. Not a huge choice but enough to get us going for the day. Breakfast areas is not huge but we always found a space. Staff were friendly. Although not a massive hotel, they’d made some nice areas eg a small sitting area with tea and coffee and a nice little outdoor space. These are welcoming. Usually there was a cake to go with the tea / coffee altho we missed it some days as we were out so long. I would stay here again!
There was a little issue with our rooms as we’d booked a double and a twin but on arrival only a twin and two singles were available with the option of changing the next day. Thankfully as we have older children they did not mind and we stayed with the rooms given. Not a dislike, just a comment. Our room was on the train station side. Our kids were on the road side. Our kids’ rooms were completely quiet. We could only hear the trains if we opened the window, which we didn’t as there was air con. We sleep really well. Light sleepers should probably ask for the street side. In general it’s a quiet area.

The property is very cosy and comfortable for one person. I was in single room and had an Eiffel Tower view from the window. They welcome with card and chocolates in the room There are multiple charging sockets Provided with TV, hair dryer. Iron is available at reception There is free tea coffee at reception and in the room. There is water refill at reception The breakfast was decent. I dont expect anything extra. There is a lift in the hotel. The place is very close to bus stop and two metro stops. They have luggage storage All services available making your stay worry free
The kitchen could be open with some food/fruits during the day as there is no restaurant nearby. Maybe a vending machine.
