The staff were friendly, great and their English was perfect (better than my own!) Perfect for people who are afraid to speak French, they even teach you some common sayings so you can get by. Breakfast was lovely, and so clean! The tea bags were super nice and in a fabric bag rather than the paper ones in the UK! Brilliant customer service, comfortable bed, shower was great (rain shower and a normal power shower), toiletries were great (I got some more from the shop!), toilet paper was of good quality and the towels were super soft! I enjoyed my stay a lot as the hotel is only 3-4 stops from the euro star train station and not far from the louvre (20 min walk or take the 4 then 1 metro to louvre rivoli)

Just a lot of noise on the street from drunk locals in the bars on the weekdays screaming at each other. Some people playing music at all hours of the night and just general night noise at 3 am.

Rooms were clean and comfortable - the bed was superb. Shower also very good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Location for us was fantasic - the liveliness of Strasbourg St Denis and Grande Boulevards areas was brilliant, lots of places to eat and drink, very vibrant area. Hotel is 3 minute walk to Metro station Strasbourg St Denis which is on many key routes. Can be anywhere in Paris within 30 mins.

Room facilities are basic. There is a kettle and coffee machine but the coffee and tea aren't too nice and not replenished daily. Otherwise room is fine with all you'd expect.

The location is great, a 15 minute walk or short ride on the Metro from Gare du Nord, and there are plenty of nice cafe's, restaurants, and bars within a short walk. I had a rear facing room overlooking a small courtyard, at first I thought this was a negative but in hindsight it meant the room was very quiet. The room was quiet small but it had everything you needed apart from maybe a fridge.

Breakfast did not start until 7am which was after I left the hotel, this meant I was not able to eat breakfast at the hotel despite paying EUR18/day for it. The shower did have a small amount of mould stains on it, this could have easily been removed.

The hotel was in a lovely location, the staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were kept nice and clean, can’t comment on breakfast as I never had it but it smelt lovely! My daughter particularly liked ubereats delivering to the hotel ☺️ Would definitely recommend!

The size of the room was a little on the small side but with the advantage of that, it made us keep on top of keeping it tidy so every cloud…

The hotel is just near the subway, bus stations, restaurants and supermarkets, which is so practical for us. The hotel offered buffet of breakfast which we enjoyed. Our room is clean, and they changed the towels the next day even though they didn’t even need to.

Our room is not well ventilated. The aircon is not working well. We need to open the windows for the ventilation and so that it is not so hot in the room to sleep. In spring time it is ok but maybe in summer it is not ok. The location of the toilet bowl/seat is not comfortable. We needed to sit diagonally on it.

The staff is friendly,kind and helpful 😀 Also,a lady from the hotel team is speaking our native language (greek), which is rare, but very important, especially for our kids.She welcome us all, and made the kids to feel at home! Thank you, Vesna!!! The hotel is in a strategic location. One of the days of our stay, the metro was closed, but due to the hotel's location, we managed to navigate to the city by foot. The hotel's room was very spacious, comfortable and extremely clean.

Everything perfect

The staff were kind and helpful. The location near Metros was great. The breakfast was good, and the hotel well maintained and clean. The neighborhood is lively and diverse, not a typical tourist neighborhood.

I was surprised this was a 4 star hotel. It seems more like a 3 star. It was a perfectly lovely hotel, no complaints at all but a little pricey for what, based on room size and amenities, seemed more like a 3 star. Only problem was the elevator was not working, and that seems to have been the case for a while based on other reviews. The staff did take my luggage up and down stairs for me and I managed the stairs, and all worked out okay.

The room was beautifully decorated and the balcony view was breathtaking. I loved that the reception was open 24/7. The beds were super comfy

While the location is perfect in daylight, The street got a bit restless in the evening and I think someone was selling drugs. For some reason they only gave us one towel.

Polite and helpful stuff, good breakfast, just a few min until metro.

The room was very spacious, especially for Paris room. We asked for a double bed and a single bed and we got that which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Could have been a little more careful with mixing things together. Meaning that’s the croissants at breakfast were in the same basket as croissants with nuts and one of us has severe nut allergy so that was unfortunate but not a big deal. Also the wifi wasn’t working and we were told that after we payed. That’s pretty unfortunate for us coming to Paris as tourists and not have access to wifi for 4 days
