Easy to find, nice, helpful, friendly staff, value for money in central Paris. It's an old style hotel, a little bit tired in terms of deco, but everything works, everything is clean and the owners are great - real people who have real conversations, not just plastic smiles and parroting the same info to every client. The bed was comfy, the street was quiet at night despite being near a busy area

Can't think of anything, I mean the loo is a short flight of stairs away but they're clear about that in the room description. It's not even an inconvenience, I have to leave my room to go to the loo at home, I'm used to it. 😅

The staff are really friendly here and I felt safe. They clearly explained hotel rules (1:30 curfew, leave key at desk when you go out) and gave me a fresh towel and soap. I used the shower and it was decent. Each room has its own sink and mirror! The beds didn’t look that special but were surprisingly comfy. Really happy with the stay!

A bath mat should be added outside the shower as it was only a bare tile floor outside. There was also dust in spots in the bathroom & room that I think could have been tidied up.

Convinient location, hot water for shower, change of bins daily..

- toilet being on the ground floor, no iron, no kettle or dryer in the room. - fire alarm went off around 1800 a day before i leave, and i told the staff by the reception but she said she cannot come upstairs to the room to see, i had to wait until 1930 hourels when the night staff took over to reset it. The alarm went off again early hours around 2am, had to go downstairs to the reception so they can reset it for me, it was soooo annoying with the noise..

A very quirky little hostel. Staff was very friendly, our room was the one under the roof and very spacious. We had a sink and a shower inside the room but no toilet which was odd. It was two floors down. Location was good, in walking distance to train stations and to most of Paris' attractions. We mainly walked everywhere. One of the cheaper ones in the area. Staff kept the room key when we left the building, I guess as a safety measure.

It will probably need some renovation at some stage, bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner.

It is good place with excellent price / value ratio . Separate room , Cheap , basic , clean , convenient , very good and helpful staff , excellent location .

For this price , it is possible to get a place in hostel , in dormitory. Here it is a separate room . Basic , clean room . Location is excellent . For an economical single traveller , it is excellent !

The hotel is much better than on the photos. The personal speaks French, English, Russian. The receptionist is very kind, he allowed us to leave our luggage, as we arrived very early. The cleaning service is excellent: bedroom, bathroom, towels, all was perfectly clean👍🏻The bathroom has its ventilation. Internet works very well, we had a router in our room. We felt really like at home.

Nice small cheap hotel near Louvre (20' walk) and Sacre Coeur (30' walk) in calm street, yet in the heart of Paris.

The common toilet is located in the 2 floor. But for the price it's still worth it.

Modest but well situated. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Overall, great value for money, when comparing to alternatives in the area.

Location, near restaurant, near metro station. With luggage storage (for a certain period) after checkout.

No lift. Good thing the staff gave us the first floor :)

This hotel was perfectly placed on a quiet street just off Grands Boulevards with great access on foot to popular places on the rive droite. The room was very clean and pleasant.

Thé only thing I have to say is that in our room at least the shower head wasn’t attached so did have to hold it in hand. However it did head up quickly and had good pressure. Also there is a 1:30am limit to get back which I didn’t know before hand.
