In Paris for a short time so only at the hotel to sleep. It was easy to find, I didn't check in until late and had no problems. I was aware it was a budget hotel so I wasn't expecting much but it was clean and I was happy for the price I paid. We had three rooms all next to each other. I would definitely stay again if travelling for a cheap getaway.
Hallway was a little noisy, but that was caused by other guest's and not the hotel's fault. I didn't like walking past all the homeless people from the metro station. It was dark and late and I was with another female and two young children

As in life, everything has its up and down sides. The location is just outside Montmartre, thirty minutes of a nonchalant walk and you're next to the magnificent Sacré-Cœur and spectacular views. Our bedsheets were changed daily, new towels and very clean room. Proximity to the metropolitan made it super easy to be next to the Louvre in 20-25 minutes. Just next to the exit there's multiple snack machines, as well as the coffee one. But 7 minute walk up to the city will lead you to a marvelous bakery on the right side. Try the pain au chocolat, they were omg, amazing!!
When in the nighttime it can get pretty sketchy to walk back to the hotel, especially during the weekend as some clubs are located next to the hotel with not the most appealing clientele. - c'est la vie! There wasn't hot water for one night. Plus the doors felt more like curtains as you're able to hear everything in the hallway.

This hotel is the best value for money in Paris. Its relatively near the center and easy to reach most lamndmarks. Even 20 min away from the main airport. There was good cleaning every day and 24h reception. Vending machines and breakfast with everything someone may need on holidays. For less than 100euro per day, including everything you find in more expensive hotel, I dont get the negative comments about the area and the cleaning. Right within five min walk you had great bakeries and other shops and even at the bad area, nobody cared and nobody annoys or harms you. You dont feel unsafe at all and trust me, we travelled with an 8 year old. What do people expect with that decent amount of money paid per night? You can perfectly go in central paris and pay 300+ per day and get almost the same facilities.
The wifi didnt work for a couple of days but it was immediately fixed and worked very well. Also, One more bin in the toilet would be nice.

Room was tidy and you can use YouTube and Netflix on the telly in English which was great for the kids, shower was hot which is great, beds are not very comfortable, room was cleaned when I wanted the cleaners in, theirs a supermarket underneath on corner which is great for snacks and bottled drinks ect, area isn't the best my room looked out right onto the main road alot of noise from the cars ect other side view would be better and quiter, theirs a Lidle around the corner and down the street not far which is alot great for shopping, never tryed the breakfast in hotel so carnt give any feedback on that.
I would say the area but hotel is safe has security man at desek at computer checking cameras and all floors had cameras so pretty safe, my view on the main road side with cars ect but if you get a room the other side it's lovely and quite as my mam had a room on that side.

My girlfriend and i, stayed for 5 days, at the beginning we were afraid of the location of the hotel, because of the reviews, but when we arrive we saw that only 20 meters were weird( a lot of homeless people looking at us). When we arrive at the hotel, the lady that atented us was a little rude, like she didnt care about us. One of the days we woke up without hot water, for like 2 hours we couldnt shower, but they fixed it. Our review 8/10 just for the location and the little problems we have, for other things very good hotel, recomended, but know where are you going.

Amazing breakfast! the rooms where really comfy, cosy and clean, also room service was really nice, sooo quiet even tho the hotel was full of people I did not hear a thing coming from the outside or the next door rooms or hallway.
the location can be quite shocking for some people as it is right next to the motorway in a very ugly part of town, really dirty and seems dangerous but I felt safe after getting to know the place for a while, but the first sight was truly shocking. its also really close to montarte! a very fun part of town but as I said, outside of the hotel was a total mess, SO DIRTY.

It's a good value for your money. The hotel is great not fancy but decent. The bed is very comfortable. Good size of room. Clean shower and toilet. Toiletries were limited but sufficient for what you pay for. Room temperature is according to your like. All in all. It was such a great hotel.
The cleaning staff. They're very noisy chatting and yelling at each other even as early as 7.30 am. Banging the doors of the rooms they were cleaning. Rooms were flimsy so you can hear everyone especially but guests were respectable to each other and so as the staff present apart from the housekeeping. The location is far from the metro but within a walking distance. There were plenty of bystanders or illegal migrants around the area that were trading old goods and clothes. Which can be intimidating but they're harmless. The breakfast is ok. But plenty of places to go around the area.

So, Paris is obviously an expensive city. The Ibis was a great economical stay for me. My room was clean and comfortable as you would expect from this price point in Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful to me. Thank you so much. I enjoyed my 3 night stay here very much. Also the train station is about a 5 to 10 minute walk away and that was very convenient. I believe the taxi ride was only 25 to 30 Euros from Arc de Triomphe area. With that being said the parking garage below the hotel was a bit shady. The stairwell to the garage smelled very bad as drunks urinate in there after partying in nearby clubs. I had no problems but I did have police come up to me when I was leaving my car with my last bag and tell me the area was not safe. But, I told them I was staying in the Ibis above and they had no suggestions for me to park the car that was safe. Also, the turn into the parking garage was really tight and hard to navigate. Actually, I needed help to make the corner so I wouldn't hit my car on the wall.
The parking garage below the hotel was dirty and smelly and police told me it was not safe however I had NO problems with my car there during my 3 night stay.

The area is close to more than one metro line, making it very easy to get to the city center. You can walk to the center, it's not that far and it's a very good walk . People talk badly about the area, but I never felt unsafe, day or night. The room was clean, in general it complied with what was described on the website
When I chose the hotel I knew perfectly well what I was paying for, both the location and the services included. It's a shame to see the kind of people who pass through this hotel, who have no respect for the staff. It's a hotel where accommodation isn't expensive, but that doesn't give people the right to be rude and unsympathetic to the hotel staff, especially at breakfast

The room is compact but offers good value for the price. Everything was exceptionally clean, and while we initially missed a pillow, the staff promptly provided one upon request. The room is very quiet, with excellent AC, WiFi, and a well-maintained bathroom and shower. The bed was comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. Train and bus stations are just across the street. Plenty of restaurants, markets and pharmacies around.
Upon our arrival, there were many homeless individuals outside the hotel in what appeared to be a street market. The area was quite dirty and felt intimidating to walk through. Fortunately, the police intervened the next day, and the situation improved for the remainder of our stay. I believe the hotel should work with local services to ensure regular cleaning and support for maintaining the exterior area around the hotel.
