The hotel was very well decorated inside, very clean and modern. Hotel room was great, well decorated and spacious. loud freeway outside bedroom however the room was very well soundproofed meaning it was silent. we also had aircon facilities so no need to open window. bathroom was also very nice and looked new. housekeeping was also great, they always made sure our room was tidy and replenished our stock of cartoned water. the staff on reception were very pleasant and more than happy to speak English (very well) to my girlfriend and I. a few very close metro station options and are very easy to use at tourists, metro was extremely frequent and very cheap.

location not the greatest due to busy flee markets in street making it hard to navigate. streets were also left quite dirty after this, however we did see people cleaning every other day. NOT about property but just a tip, don’t use the airport taxi service as it turns out to be way more expensive (€60 from CDG to hotel). would recommend Uber as it turned out to be €40 with a tip for the way back to the airport.

The hotel was as expected, the room was clean and the bed very confortable. The breaksfast was very good value/money and the view from the breakfast location aka the rooftop bar is unbeatable. The food diversity from the restaurant could have been better, but what was in the menu was very good.

There was a 200 euro guarantee tax that was not mentioned in the descriptions here on the site. The money will be returned, but i think it's better to let the guests know of this unexpected tax on arrival.

The location was perfect for our activities. Easy access to public transport. The breakfast was superb and the staff were super friendly. Clean rooms!

Our first night was unpleasant due to room temperatures. The hotel still had their heating system on a winter mode, so our room got extremely warm. We informed the reception, but they could not do anything about it until the next day. The TV in our room never worked. I miss a curtain tween the toilet and the shower. There’s too much happening outside of the property, flea market and people selling things along side the road, and trying to sell things to you.

The room was clean fresh towels and room cleaned each day. Pretty view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Ceour rooftop is lovely.

The area was awful there were a lot of homeless to the right of the hotel which you could see from the rooftop breakfast area. We got off at a metro stop around 11pm to go back to our hotel after being out all day there was load of vans along the side of the street with men hanging around upto no good with homeless lighting fires. It was terrifying. There is not much around the hotel you have to go outside either to Montmartre which is a 15/20 minute walk or else the metro to the centre for food/drinks. Area around the hotel would put you off going again if its your first experience of being in Paris. Hotel room was very hot no air conditioning but maybe because it was March could be their cold season still for us it being 18 degrees at night was too warm.

loved the roof top bar, the views were amazing and it was really modern

the location. There were around 200 homeless people gathered near by under the road, it felt like a shanty town. the police has moved them on during the evening but it was such a shame to an otherwise great hotel

The experience was good, only I didnt like the issue of asking a prepayment by card of 50Euro as mandatory at the check in considering like provision of consuption

I have stayed in dozens of hotels in Paris and this one, by far provides you with the best price-room size ratio. The beds are quite big, the rooms are spacious. Very basic offerings inside the room, but it does not matter. It's very comfortable.

The location is not the best. Right outside is the flea market (which is good, and also not so good), which can get really crowded, and does not feel safe. Lots of rough sleepers around the area too, but they don't bother you. There are a couple of bus stops nearby. Reception folks could be friendlier too. I have had friendlier front desk staff somewhere else in Paris.

very nice design, warm, cleaned, nice decorations lamps and nice rooftop view. very pleasant having a beautifull bar/ restaurant inside the hotel opened full time at the 8th floor with that view. nice weitress with long hair. i only dont understand why there is no mini bar in the room. very big tv so nice

there was no mini bar in the room and the shampoo in the shower was already almost finished when we arrived. In the street in front of the hotel there is a open hair market on both sides of the street and after it there is always dirty garbage left with homeless people that search for something usable but most of it rest on the floor or in the bushes. So that area doesn’t stay cleaned a lot but its not the hotel responsability

Everything was ok the ladies at the reception are very nice and polite, specially Aisha and her colleague that i do not recall the name.

The 50 euros they hold per night is a no no, . If one is not prepared will be stranged so be careful. The gentleman in the reception was very unprofessional saying there is nothing they can do about it, meaning if i did not pay for that i would be without accomodation even thought my accomodation was fully paid.. Also he said that was written on their policies when I book the hotel. That was not true. Until today I did not see nothing. Also they put us in a room with view to the motorway.

We had a Junior Suite to sleep three of us. There was so much comfy space and several large windows to enjoy the views. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The roof terrace bar was fabulous and the restaurant meals tasty and well priced. Everywhere in the hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. There was good door security at night and despite reading several reviews of people feeling unsafe in the area, I can honestly say, I don’t know what they were talking about. We never felt unsafe at any time, day or night. Although the hotel is slightly out of main Montmatre, there is a bus stop only 1 minute walk from the hotel and the No. 95 bus from there, quickly gets you into Montmatre and also directly to central Paris. Would highly recommend this hotel and we hope to visit again.
