The room was nice, a good size and well appointed. It was cleaned daily, which was nice for our stay. The breakfast had a good range of foods available and we were able to fill up for the day.

There was a mess up with the bill, so I was double charged, which messed up the holiday spending money as they couldn't just return the money, just cancel it. The staff were good though and made sure I have a receipt.

This hotel is at an excellent location and near many metro stations at a walkable distance and it was really easy to get anywhere you like. The breakfast was really good and tasty with lots of variety. The bed was really comfy and we loved the bathroom.

Some of the staff were not very friendly and they didn't know to speak good English so to communicate better. There were no face towels. Only the bigger ones. When I asked for one they said they don't have any. I had to ask also for a hair dryer. There wasn't one in the room. Also, the receptionist was reluctant to give us second pillows, but they did. There was no kettle and coffee/teas in the room. No mug or glass or spoons. For this amount of money, we could have these facilities.

Location good, near to Metro so we could travel around easily. Room tidied every day and bed made and towels changed

I was surprised that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, even budget hotels in UK have this. Very poor to only have a paper cup not replaced. Only one towel per guest.

Staff super friendly and helpful

Hotel organised a taxi to take us to the aiport. Taxi driver was on his phone and writing in a notepad the whole time we were driving. Charged us an additional 10 euro (100 euro in total) even though the agreed upon price was 90 euro and the meter said 90 euro. Please follow up with the taxi company and report this driver.

The room size is quite good, very spacious for a double and single bed room and very clean. The beds were comfy and quiet (we had view to the internal patio of the hotel). The staff were very polite, always willing to help. The breakfast was simple but tasty (cereal, bread, ham, continental cheeses, eggs, sweet cakes, yoghurt, etc.). The location of the hotel is superb, 10-15min walking from the Opera Garnier (where you can take the touristic big bus) and Galerías Lafayette and about 5 min from the metro (line 7). There are plenty of restaurants around at just 5-10 minutes

There was a small issue when checking in, I was giving the key of a room that was not ready… however, the staff in the reception immediately gave me another room key.

For the price we paid there wasn’t much provided in terms of bathroom amenities. Only all in one shower products. We had a towel which had a hole in it

Location is great. Metro station (Cadet) is 150 mt away from the hotel. Staff at the reception is very polite and available to satisfy any need (with 3 kids we have lots!). Many thanks to them for making the stay very easy and pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and clean, altought not so big. Breakfast is ok in terms of quality.

The only issues are: elevator service is not that comfortable. Just one in the building and it takes time to have it available. But the main issue: the lady managing the breakfast room could be a little more polite and cosy.

It smell in the common places. carpets in the room , was clean , personally I dislike but I understand it is necessary for the noise

At check in asked for hot water kettle and it was immediately provided. Good size room! Clean and no smell in the room. Quiet room every night! Hot water plentiful!

Hard not to like anything but wished they had a refer in the room.
