Lift not working.

Very spacious room where we could stay 3 people and a dog feeling super comfortable. Walking distance to the Louvre, very close to 3 metro stations (3 lines). Fantastic breakfast with varieties of options ( eggs, pancakes, pastries, yogurts, fruits etc). Nothing to complain about!

The only thing is that there was not enough place in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Every day it was a challenge where to put a used bathroom which you would like to use again.

3 night stay, looks just like the photos. (Vintage room) Room exceptionally clean, very impressed with this as this is usually hard to find. Stylish decor and attention to detail. Room had plenty of storage/coat hangers, a mini fridge and safe. We asked for a balcony room prior to arrival and this was granted. Great location, 15 mins walk from guard du nord train station. Metro couple of mins away. Eiffel tower approx hour walk which we opted for as weather was lovely. Lots of main sights under half hour walk away. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby including small supermarkets. Hotel located in busy tourist area, but this was not a problem. Overall a 9/10 stay we really enjoyed our stay.

Walls very thin, could hear adjacent rooms and also metro caused a loud rumble sound in the room. Balcony doors could of been more soundproof hard to sleep through busy traffic and tourists.

Funky themed hotel, nicely decorated room, fab Rituals toiletries! Great restaurant recommendation from the hotel staff too.

Lift was out of order across the 2 days (no sign of engineers working on it), although the staff helped with the luggage, thankfully we were only on the 3rd floor not the 6th(!), it was a very hot day and tight winding staircase.

The room features a balcony with a stunning view and is surrounded by numerous Chinese restaurants.

Our entire stay was truly enjoyable; however, it's regrettable that the sole elevator was undergoing maintenance, causing significant inconvenience, particularly for those staying on higher floors. P.S.: We were properly informed by the property in advance about the elevator issue. Notwithstanding this challenge, it's worth noting that the property's staff went above and beyond by arranging luggage pick-up, effectively reducing any additional inconvenience for us. A heartfelt appreciation to the dedicated hotel staff!!!

We had come to celebrate our daughter’s birthday in Paris (was supposed to happen in 2020…) and hotel management surprised her with balloons, macarons and a handwritten note to congratulate her. Such a wonderful surprise! The rooms while not large -city centre!- are well appointed and the beds and pillows super comfortable! The bathrooms were lovely and clean, the shower in our room was wonderful, in the kids’ room the tabs were the old fashioned type making it hard to get the water to a good and stable temperature. While our rooms were facing rue Lafayette we had no issues with sound from the street; perfect blind out curtains kept the room dark and a well working airco can cool the room quickly if needed. Location wise this hotel is perfect. Within walking distance of Gard du Nord, loads of restaurants in the area and easy walking to Montmartre, Louvre, Place Vendôme, L’Opéra and, if you don’t mind a good walk, all the other monuments Paris is famous for are also easily reached, or take the metro, but then you will miss out on all that beauty that Paris has to offer. What a great city, and a lovely hotel to explore from!

The lift wasn't working, but the staff made sure to bring my suitcase through the stairs and add a breakfast as courtesy.

given these narrow buildings and small rooms, you are going to be a bit cramped in the rooms and hallways the halls sometimes retained strong cooking smells even far from the kitchen. its best to come with a small case each as floor space is limited

Where do we start. My Husband and I have just left after a 4 night visit and cannot stop saying to one another how glad we are we stayed here. All the hotels we looked into seemed to have reviews indicating rooms were small and staff were rude. Our stay was quite the opposite, from the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly polite. They allowed us to check in early, they answered all of our queries during our stay, helped with journey routes and even recommended some great bars. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a table and even a view of the top of the Eiffel tower. This felt super special when we sat out for a few drinks before heading out in the evenings. The room itself was spacious compared to what we had seen of other hotels. It was super clean and had great touches like rituals bath products a great hairdryer and powerful shower.. The staff also left a lovely birthday gift of rituals bath set and balloons. LOCATION The location was just so impressive, it is set on a main road and there is so much in walking distances, bars restaurants and bakeries. We expected to use the metro alot yet we found many places were so close to walk. Guar de nord 15 mins, moulin rouge 15 mins sacre couer 20 mins. The large shopping area of gallerie lafayette was at the end of the road 10 mins to walk. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our trip that bit more special. We already want to come back
