In overall we had a great stay in the hotel. We've always wanted to stay in a CitizenM hotel and for sure we will repeat. Hotel location was great, close to lots of bars and restaurants and also has a supermarket right in front of the hotel. Bed was really comfortable and bedroom lights, tv,etc. can be controlled through the iPad, very convenient. The hotel also has a nice living room and football table you can use for free. One evening, although the kitchen had closed some minutes ago they prepared us some plates from the menu.

There was a bit of dust in the bedroom shelves. The app was showing under food and beverages: service 24/7 and that's not entirely true. They have food available 24/7 (as they have a fridge with some prepared food, but kitchen has an specific schedule. The kitchen schedule on the menu should be available in the app too, to avoid confusions.

The restaurant was lovely. It was great to come down in the morning and have a coffee and spend a little time in a pretty room waking up before diving into Paris for the day. We (as Americans– we know we're spoiled) REALLY appreciated the air conditioning. The staff was also so very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

I wish the airflow in the room had been a little better, it seemed like the towels and the shower area never dried out. The room was very small, but well arranged, except for that. I am also one of those people who likes to open a window for a little fresh air at night, but most hotels don't allow that anymore.

Citizen M hotels are wonderful! They are always clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! We walked to Sacre Cours, the Louvre, Palace gardens, loads of lovely shops including Galleries Lafayette - with the amazing views from the roof terrace. The area felt safe and had lots of lovely places to eat. We arrived at Chatelet les Halles station and it was a 10 minute walk down one straight road down the side of the St Eustache church. It’s definitely worth working it out in Google earth before you go as it was very easy to do. Thank you Citizen M for a fantastic stay!

The view from the bedroom window was of offices so when the people were at work the rooms lacked privacy. At the weekend and I’m the evening we were able to have the blinds open.

We had a reservation at another hotel that was cancelled last minute so we booked here because we needed to be in the 2nd arr. Brand new, super quiet and cold rooms with room darkening blinds. Staff was exceptionally nice (we travel to Paris frequently and have stayed at many different hotels and this staff was the best we’ve ever encountered). On our final day, we had a late flight and one of the girls was not feeling well (out a wee bit too late the night before) and the staff let the two of us sit in the lounge for 6 hours straight while she napped and recovered. Amazing! we will return.

The rooms are definitely small, but you are in Paris…all rooms are small.

Brand new Hi Tech hotel. Room fully operated by CitizenM signature iPad. Black out Curtains, lights, AC and TV all operated by a single system. Rooms a very very small though. Compared to price paid would expect to be much bigger. The beds are super comfy and XL, the only downfall we had to enter and exit from bottom of the bed as both sides of the bed are enclosed by walls. Also another annoying feature was using iPad in the middle of the night to turn bathroom lights on and waking my wife up and vice versa. Hotel is better suited to single travellers or young adults just using the room to sleep. I would explain this hotel at best as a glorified pod with an ensuite unfortunately.

The size of the room

Location is extremely perfect! most of the sightseeing you can do by foot , I could do 4-5 hours in the am time then come to hotel to rest 1-2 hours and go for another batch of adventures in the afternoon time Bed, pillow , blackout curtains - amazing So cute messages on the shampoos and soap dispencers Room itself is small, but I guess it’s normal size for Paris ,as for me it’s good for 1 person but might be small for 2 . Overall room has all you need , enough sockets , all controlled by the iPad and it’s very convenient as it’s like smart home system . Staff is friendly and helpful. In restaurant you can have nice snacks and food. Workspaces in the lobby is good too. Service of storing luggage they have and it’s good as I arrived 8 hours earlier so could drop luggage and go sightseeing. Iron room available too Overall I like the hotel a lot

Would be amazing to have kettle in the room as I love to drink tea in the morning . Tea is available but for 3.5 EUR in the lobby.

This was my first stay with CitizenM. It seems to be a fantastic brand, with so much tasteful humor in every touch - from pens for letters to loved ones to a selection of fun relationship book on the shelf :-) Breakfast was high-quality (salmon, nice cheese, good eggs), although I'd like to see a greater variety of vegetables or fruit. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've met in hotels. Room is small but beautifully efficient - with a safe box, fridge, very nice, clean shower area and everything controlled remotely from an iPad. There's a free water fountain in the breakfast area. Self check-in and check-out in just a couple of minutes using multiple monitors in the lobby. Dinner supposedly served 24/7 (did not check), and there seems to be a beer tap as well (did not try). This was a relatively pricier stay for us, so next time we'd hope to find a better rate, but we would certainly love to come back here! Here, you truly say this hotel offers you an experience.

It would be nice to have some vegetable options for breakfast, although I realize this might not be the intended format.

Charming, modern and on the cutting edge of technology, this Dutch chain is for the young (and young at heart!) guests who want to stay in a fun, cool hotel with all of the creature comforts. My husband and I absolutely loved the funky decor and the friendly service. This was a great find! I will add the WiFi worked incredibly well and the towels were fluffy, showing nice attention to detail.

My husband found it frustrating that he couldn't turn off the ventilation in the room entirely, only lower it. The iPad control took a bit of getting used to. The room probably best accommodates 2 people max, as even though it is cleverly designed it is quite small. We would have been tempted to try the breakfast if it had been a little less expensive.

I had an unexpected challenge when taking a taxi from CDG airport. It was protest day, and my friend who lives in Paris had warned me about the potential demonstrations and road closures. I shared this information with the taxi driver, assuming he would understand the situation as a local. However, the driver did not comprehend my concerns and attempted to take me to Republique Station multiple times, despite my insistence that the route would be blocked by police. Realizing that I might not be able to reach my hotel, I contacted the hotel for advice. The staff were incredibly helpful and energetic, providing me with valuable information and support to ensure that I made it to the hotel safely. I was relieved and grateful to have such a supportive team at the hotel. When I finally arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly nature of the staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and at ease after the stressful journey. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere in Paris.

I’ve stayed in other hotels in Paris and found this location the best for me 2 friendly staff who’s ready to help 3 modern facilities. Love the water fountain in the common living area especially 4 quiet neighbourhood

Room might be a little small but it’s the same for all other citizenM I’ve stayed.
