The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very soft and we fell asleep really fast. We have enough space in the room to put all our luggage down and not block our path. The bathroom was big and we had an easy time to move around. Being right across Gard du Nord was a big plus as we did not need to walk too far to catch the train.

The front door gets locked in the evenings, so we got locked out when the front desk receptionist was not at the front desk. It's best to make sure that the front desk receptionist will be there to open the door or our key card can perform this function.. The warm setting to the correct temperature was not giving out the right warm air. The time we were in Paris, it was very cold and the room was chilly. The staff came up to try to help but told us that was the maximum warm setting, so we had to put on layers of warm clothes to sleep.

The location is ideal, just across from Gare Du Nord. It’s a great advantage for Eurostar travelers, though we arrived by flight. We chose this hotel for its amenities and the easy access to trams and trains. Plus, there are plenty of halal restaurants nearby, which was a nice perk for us.

The proximity to Gare Du Nord means you'll likely hear a lot of noise from passersby and sirens in the morning. For me, the biggest drawback was the thin walls; I could hear inappropriate noises from the neighboring room, which would have been a significant concern if I had kids with me.

The staff at TimHotel Paris were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready with a warm smile and helpful recommendations. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor, which added a charming Parisian touch. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a delicious variety of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot beverages to start the day. The ambiance of the dining area was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and plan the day’s adventures. Overall, my stay at TimHotel Paris was truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Paris. I look forward to returning on my next visit to this beautiful city.

Their lift was so tiny

Location is great, so easy and convenient, just opposite the Gare du Nord entrance (note: it’s a bit hard to see the hotel sign up top). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms have been nicely renovated and very spacious, clean, comfortable and well presented. Shops and restaurants all around the area and in the station. I would stay here again!

Nothing really. However if you have a lot of large luggage it can take a while to bring to the top floor rooms in their small lift as it’s compact size.

Location was exceptional. Literally a 1 minute walk from Gare du Nord.Staff very friendly. Lots of restaurants around and didn’t need reservations at any of them. Bed was comfy, shower was hot. Great walking area. Short walk to Sacre Coeur.

Tiny elevator, but not a problem. Just saying this for other people.

Staff were wonderful, I booked last minute around 7pm and arrived at 10 to a friendly welcome and a prepared room. Clean room, comfortable bed, great bathroom. Right across the road from Gare du Nord. Perfect for early departures or late arrivals and great access to the city for visiting the sights. Staff kindly stored our luggage for a few hours after check out too.

The lift is tiny but beats carrying luggage upstairs.

Excellent location - literally across the road from Gare Du Nord, I was on the 3rd floor overlooking the street, it was very quiet. The room was small but there was a working shower, toiletries, kettle and tv and working AC.

The room was very small but as it was for 1 night and just me, it was fine. Bathroom also tiny - again just for me. But not great if you have mobility issues or are significantly overweight...

very polite service, clean and new facilities. location absolutely perfect for access to Gare du Nord, with lots of options for eating and going out within walking distance. Had a very cosy room on the 6th floor. overall, great value for money in a wildely overpriced city.

Had to wait a few minutes for the shower water to have decent pressure at 8am, I guess it was shower rush hour.

The proximity to the train station was ideal. Give you the opportunity to have a Lay in if your train is a early train. The hotel was quite clean abs tidy, the staff were all pleasant and very helpful especially when we needed direction and also when we needed recommendations and to where was best to have something to eat close by.

The lift was quite small even though they recommended that it was for 3 people. The breakfast area was also quite small, only approximately 4 or five table which was well short of the capacity of hotel itself. Regarding the room we had, the only negative we had was that the shower head wasn’t clean which was quite off putting to use.

very nice staff. Room size was perfect- spacious. Room had two long window doors that opened. You can actually sit on the balcony- balcony not just decorative. tv worked well. nice modern bathroom. beds comfy. Elevator was so funny- only one person and a small suitcase can fit. it’s shockingly tiny!! I like the spiral staircase. Hotel location right across street from EuroStar fantastic!! Thats incredibly convenient!!

My room carpet had dirty stains from people wearing their wet dirty shoes throughout the room. carpet was vacuumed and clean but was stained with footprints. And room door inside was dirty and stained. Definitely needs to be repainted to make it clean again
