Good hotel if you want to spend 2-3 days in Paris. Small but nice room. Bathroom big. Breakfast acceptable but choice small, coffee from the machine. Staff polite. Elevator worked well. There are many small cafes and a vegetable shop near the hotel.

The water in the bathroom is flowing freely on the whole floor, then it takes time for the water to dry. The room is very small, as it often happens in Paris in 2 or 3 star hotels. The station (metro) is about 10 minutes walk, which is not very convenient for elderly and disabled people. The area is very busy especially at night.

The room was very comfortable and had a good space for 2 people. We had a kettle and a coffee machine! The bathroom was large and had a great shower. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were able to put our bags in storage for free and get sight seeing in Paris. It is sited between Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord so easy for all rail and underground connections.

The breakfast was €17 so we didn't eat in the hotel. I imagine it is great as the rest of the hotel is!

The staff were very nice, the facilities like the elevator and the wheelchair entrance were very thoughtful and they gave me a room that had a disabled bathroom because of my disability which was very thoughtful and excellent service. I also like the buffet breakfast in the morning and the kettle and coffee and tea in the bedrooms.

The only thing I didn't like was the location and I learnt and saw questionable characters. I was also cautioned to watch around me when stepping out at night.

Lovely hotel right by Gare Du Nord. Lots of amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and very good transport links. Hotel staff were polite and nice.

The area the hotel was in had a few questionable characters (lots of homeless people right by the train station but not so much by the hotel).

Decent sized bedroom - especially for Paris, comfy bed, ideal location for me as I was arriving into Gate de l'Est and leaving from Gare du Nord. Walkable distance to Sacré Coeur and to Notre Dame and to Les Halles

The decor in the room was very dark - a very insignificant complaint!

Booked very last minute, upgraded our room, staff was friendly, room was clean and was very close to the train station.

A bit expensive for one night, the location of the hotel feels a little unsafe at night for two female travellers, but it was fine since we were going to the train station the next morning.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, just a short walk from Gare du Nord and plenty of shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a powerful shower. There was air conditioning, a kettle, coffee machine and good hairdryer. The buffet breakfast was served in a light and airy room and there was a great selection to choose from.

The staff are welcoming,professional,helpful and gracious. The location a short walk from the Gare du Nord is excellent for us. Metro and bus access is excellent. There are local cafes and bistros nearby.

Our stay was very brief, arriving early evening & leaving before 10am. The property was chosen because of the location to Gare du Nord. It suited our purposes well & both the check in & check out staff were welcoming & helpful.

Great location for ease of travel - minute or two from Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. So easy to get the metro and travel around Paris. The staff were just wonderful - so helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfy.
