Lovely staff. Clean and everything you need in a budget hotel. Buffet breakfast was good, and easily sustained us ‘til lunch and beyond! Good access to rail/Metro, and a pleasant walk down to the centre of town. Deep bath! Just the job to soak those tired legs after sightseeing!

The area around Garre du Nord is ‘interesting’. We have had no problems during a couple of stays, but make sure you’re ok with it.

The property was easy to locate and it was a 5 min walk to the gard le Nord and less than that for other stations near by. The room was small but effective as it had everything you would need for a few days in Paris. The beds were comfortable, the shower was brilliant and the room was kept clean and tidy by the room service team. The reception desk was always really welcoming. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Perfect stay for a long weekend away.

The stairs were a little tight but can be deemed quirky to some people. The pillows were super soft so we struggled to sleep but again that’s not the hotels fault of our preference.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. Our room was excellent, with adequate space, amenities such as a fridge, and it was nice and quiet. The proximity to Gare Du Nord train station was perfect, allowing us to easily see the sights of Paris without having to travel too far upon arrival by train.

Nothing negative about the experience there, the only thing I would acknowledge is the lift inside only really has room for 2 people or 1 person with a large piece of luggage. There's also a step or two you may need to navigate with your bags, but if you're able to do so, this won't be a problem.

Location was great with 5 minutes walk to Gare de Nord and Gare d’est. We arrived at Gare de Nord and walked easily to the hotel with our luggages. Breakfast was good but in a small room. Staff was helpful. Room was small but enough space as well as in the bathroom. There is a safecase with coding in the room.

As the Location near to big train station, there was strange people strolling around but regarding safety, very safe. Hotel. The name of the hotel and old wooden stairs inside the hotel may caused me feel strange. However I felt very comfortable during my stay for a week. If you are travelling by train, Location was suberb No place for car parking

Let's start with everything. From walking through the door till leaving. Location was perfect. Staff were amazing. The room and facilities within were just what we needed.

This is a small and nice hotel. Rooms are cozy with personality and enough space. I liked that it felt unique and not like the big hotel chains. Bed was comfy and the bathrooms very clean, nice and shower worked very well. We needed to iron and the hotel was able to provide us with the board and iron. Within walking distance to Gard du Nord which is the 1st of the central Paris stops on the RER B from CDG airport. The neighborhood was also very nice with lots of bicyclists. Within a 30 minute walk to Montmartre.

The room was modern and had a rain shower, which is a big plus for me. It is a good size for a single traveler for a night. There is space for everything. The staff at the reception was also super helpful and welcoming, which makes the stay a lot more pleasant too. The location is between Gare du Nord and Gare du Est, and also within walking distance to my workplace.

It is not accessible friendly and the lift is very small. I would not recommend it for anyone who has a lot of luggage or for families as there are steps to every room. Even the room I was staying in has a small step.

Very close to Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord is very well connected to whole Paris. Excellent air conditioning in the rooms. In 5 minutes the room gets a nice temperature even in very warm days.

The WiFi is completely useless. You cannot even open a webpage with it. The problem is that 4G or 5G are not available in the hotel either so, no way to connect to the web without going out. A towel that was on the floor because it was dirty was put on a clean towel.

The hotel is excelent. It has elevator, good breakfast, the staff is very gentle and AC in rooms. Very close to Paris Gare Du Nord and Gare du Est. Nice options for food in the neighboor. Honest price.

The surroundings are not entirely safe because it's really close to the central train stations, so be careful when walking during the night.

The room size and wardrobe space were fantastic, the facilities of the hotel suite were appreciated and the bed size, en suite were fitted well and had a lot of plug sockets.

Minute detail we weren't bothered about like hair left in the bathroom and the traffic/noise on the main road but its city life and was expected. We didn't expect the amount of sirens in the city but again, not bothered and out of the hotels capacity.
