I loved the location of this property, the overall vibe, cleanliness, the room was lovely and spacious with everything you would need, loved the addition of the chocolates and little bag very cute for someone who loves souvenirs! The staff at front desk were lovely especially a man who served us at check in and then we saw him again one evening after our night out - he couldn’t do enough for us and was lovely!

My only gripe is booking in the spa, I feel I paid a lot for a hotel with spa facilities and for my 3 day/ 2 night stay I would have liked more than one 45 min session in the spa, which was interrupted by someone coming in so cut short. It was hard to find a time slot that suited us as well , so that was a shame.

The bed was very comfortable. I think maybe the bedsheets need to be updated since you can tell they are old, however, they were clean. The pillow was very comfortable. The closet size was small, but it worked for me, i think considering the size of the room, the closet was right. The shower was great and warm, the breakfast was nice and simple i got all that i needed. The location is very nices, there are small boutiques all around, and cafes as well. There are small grocery stores nearby and a pharmacy right across from the hotel. The street is nice and quiet at night it is not loud. The hotel also had a nice Juliet balcony which I opened at night for a nice breeze.

My 10yo daughter and I stayed in the Spa access room in the middle of April for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. As many others have already commented on, the location is great, close to metro stations, Monmartre, various cafes, boulangeries, shops and is only a 20 min walk from Gare du Nord. The hotel is on the quiet street and, unlike many other guests, we thought our room was very spacious (that’s the one we spa access which is larger than their standard one) with plenty of hangers and chairs to put our clothes on. My daughter also appreciated complimentary macaroons that we had in our room on arrival and the variety of breakfast options. All in all we had a great stay and would gladly come back again!

The staff are what really make this hotel. They are all truly amazing, especially Alona. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a quaint, pretty and a typical French style hotel. The pool and spa is really a good bonus after walking miles all day long. The breakfast was perfect. The hotel was perfectly situated for us to walk to the Moulin Rouge, the Sacre Coeur, shops and bars. It was only a very short walk to the metro station to catch the tube to the Arc De Triomphe where you can be right in the centre for the Champs Elysee etc. I went with my 13 year old granddaughter and we felt very safe, even at midnight. I have stayed her twice now. I would stay again and again.

The room was lovely, but it was a little bit small. The cupboards for clothes etc is very limited. We only stayed for 4 nights, but i cannot imagine how people manage for the cupboards and draw space if they stayed for a week or more. We had a upgraded room, so i am not sure what the basic rooms are like.

Excellent location. We actually walked from the hotel to all the attractions. Great beds and pillows. Extra nice with Eiffel Tower view from the bathroom. Very nice staff. Tried pizza at the hotel, which was very convenient and tasty.

Unfortunately poor selection at breakfast. Missed vegetables and porridge. Our room supposed to have a view over Sacré Coeur but we barely could see the roof of it. Absolutely no value for money. If we knew that the view would be like that, we would never book such an expensive room. So avoid booking the rooms with view at this hotel.

Where to start…. We had the most magical stay here. I have been to paris manys of times but this time was different. The staff were so kind and helpful, the rooms were so comfortable and had a beautiful little balcony. The location was perfect for us metro only five minutes away but the area itself was beautiful, lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, bakery’s and cute little shops !! And not to forget the spa, one of our favorite parts of our trip. It was so relaxing especially after a long day out in Paris, we ended up booking it again as we just couldn’t get enough !! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a nice little getaway or just a relaxing time away ❤️

really nice and helpful staff thar were always around if needed. Breakfast was 10/10, mix of cooked breakfast food and pastries/cakes. Beds were very comfortable and the room was perfectly clean.

I asked a month ahead for a specific room and was told this was confirmed, when we arrived this was not the case and was not able to switch.

Great neighbourhood. Lots of small restaurants and excellent food shops. Walkable from Gare du Nord. Very clean hotel. Our room was quiet and well insulated. Very comfortable bed.

Room phone did not work and did not get looked at (let alone repaired) in spite of us flagging that? Water cooker also does not work well. Room is still small: actually very difficult to get around the bed and have your suitcase accessible.

Just as the reviews said, the first notable experience is the excellent hospitality from the staff. They are exceptional! Nothing too much for them and they deserve to be respected. Thank you to all the staff I encountered, yiu were most accommodating and helpful with my room change! Trés bien! Oh, let me not forget to say a BIG thank you for the teddy bear and macaroons which were warmly received and appreciated in your hospitality towards my grand daughter!

It was unfortunate that my stay coincided with their spa renovation. But again, where they were able to accommodate, with this, they certainly did as they did inform us right after booking. However I personally didn't want to change my booking. One last thing. If the don't know the area, the location may seem awkward and inconvenient but once you get to locate the metros and food facilities, there is a lot near by. One last things, I do feel that guest need to pay attention to their privacy where windows are facing each other.

the location was perfect for us, plenty of places to eat and drink within 50metres, but it wasn’t noisy at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the local metro was just a few minutes walk away.

The wardrobe in our deluxe terrace room (and I’m guessing in all rooms) was extremely narrow! could barely get 6 shirts on a rail. unfortunately, there was not draws for your underwear/socks etc and had to be placed on 2 very small open shelves in corner. we have stayed in my rooms that were much bigger and for a lot less in price but it certainly didn’t spoil our trip. Unfortunately breakfast choices were a little limited and they seemed to get smaller the further the week went on..don’t think they get many delivery’s to top up stocks very often.
