We had a king room on the first floor in a quiet hall off the lobby. Liked not having to deal with the elevator. Close to the restaurant and workout room in lower level. Breakfast each day was included which was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. Location was very close to many restaurants and a pharmacy was located at the end of the street.

Water pressure in the Shower was underwhelming. The shower also had a very annoying high pitched whistle when the water was running. I also priced upon taking my first shower that there was quite a bid of black mold in the corners of the shower and in many grout lines. I notified front desk and ask them to clean. They apologized and said that they would ask housekeeping to address immediately but it never happened. The restaurant was very small and at breakfast you were pretty crammed together sitting very close to people at the next table. The breakfast buffet was included in my room and quite good however.

The staff, especially Concierge Nicolas was extremely helpful and attentive. The location was beyond perfect, walking distance to almost anything you want to experience in Paris. We were with our 5 year old daughter and she had a blast staying at the hotel. Everything was very well thought, to the details of amazing welcome and parting gifts for our daughter.

The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel that are offered by the hotel were the only things we didn't like. Everything was so good, these essentials felt like they didn't belong there. In our next stay we hope to have a bit better quality in the bath products. Also the water pressure in the shower can be more, it was a bit low.

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay. The hotel is beautiful, immaculate and stunning. The staff were attentive and polite and the spa was heavenly. Without doubt the most relaxing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Looking to return as soon as I can.

The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. After a very long drive from CDG airport, staff ran out to our taxi to take baggage off our hands and sat us in their beautiful lounge, providing a beverage and check us in. Every request was fulfilled within minutes and the team was incredible. The facilities are stunning, the spa, steam room & pool area is so relaxing and beautiful. Could not recommend this hotel enough!!

From the moment we saw the street the hotel was located on and how beautiful the hotel looked we knew we had made the right choice. We were instantly welcomed by an amazing team, offering us coffee and made us so welcome in such a friendly, warm manner. The staff were outstanding and atmosphere was that of a family, nothing too much trouble and even organised tickets for events and delivered them to the room. Would come back to this wonderful hotel in an instant and also stay in their other hotels. Please thank the team for a special stay.

This is a very quiet hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the Seine and the Louvre as well as shopping and nightlife. Also, it was very clean and the staff went above and beyond to offer excellent service.

The only downside was that some Uber drivers had a hard time locating the hotel. However, we could walk to the nearest intersection to meet them.

I couldn’t book a treatment so that was disappointing maybe spa should contact guests before to offer treatments Prefer tea to coffee but there were no tea making facilities available as coffee machine water is not hot enough

The service at the hotel and room amenities were nothing short of exceptional. We were greeted immediately by reception taking out bags and giving complimentary drinks on arrival. The location is one of the best in Paris and close to every attraction. Metro is within walking distance and the location is ideal for some of the best bakeries and cafes

Lovely staff and cute little hotel, my executive room was really nice (even if i was a bit disappointed it had no view) - had no time to check the spa and pool unfortunately but i had a good sleep, the mattress and pillows were perfect and the sound proofing as well - which is all that matters at the end of the day - i just have to say overall it felt over priced, but it was during Fashion Week so trying to avoid to complain this time

The entrance of the hotel and the street where its located don't give 5* vibes at all, and the reception area is even worse, almost claustrofobic - before i got to my room i was getting worried i got to the wrong hotel - the area is very convenient to walk around but it's not particularly beautiful of charming
