1. Location - cannot be better. Close to everything. Metro - in 100 meters. 2. Room was beautiful, bed was big and very comfortable, Very good soundproofing. 3. Breakfast was rich and tasty. One of the best in Paris, to my opinion. 4. Stuff - extremely helpful. It was a real pleasure to speak to them.

The hotel is centrally located and has many bars, restaurants and cafes around it. as well as tourist interest points. We only spent one night before leaving France, so our impression is quite limited. The reception and lobby's design is warm and homely, and the room was also cosy, although quite small, with ample electrical and USB sockets, good lighting, and clean. It had everything we needed.

The staff was courteous, however, the (very kind) night clerk at the front desk was unable to tell us if they had a twin room available or only a double, since it was his first day on the job :) Not very crucial but it would be good to train staff to know about such things. Also, there seems to be an issue with acoustic insulation between rooms... we were woken up in the middle of the night by other guests enetering their room and speaking loudly, and later - by the sound of snoring from the adjacent room.

I was traveling with my daughter, a student in Paris who had so much luggage and we needed to leave it at the hotel while visiting friends for a few days. They were so helpful and kind and helped me move her bags, as they were quite heavy. They also upgraded our room when we returned for a night and gave us a lovely suite, since we had all the luggage to deal with. The location was impeccable, the front desk was so helpful and the overall feel for the place was incredibly charming

tiny elevator, but that is Paris, and they made up for it by being incredibly helpful with our luggage!

We liked the Beautiful Quaint older building and our Lovely room with the Balcony. And we sat out there a few times too! The sitting room downstairs offered a relaxing spot after our whirlwind trip into Paris and going through Customs with many people and trying to figure out how to proceed...a person/Angel came around to help us! :) The hotel offered us a glass of wine and we were early to our room so we could just sit in the Sitting room for a bit and decompress. The staff were lovely and always a Welcoming Bonjour. They were helpful also giving us directions and calling up a Cab for us to take. There was always fresh coffee available in the Lobby which was So Nice too and a large umbrella to take with us in case of rain~ Our Room was also delightful and always so clean and refreshed with fresh towels and soaps and just perfect for us especially after a busy day of taking in the sites which were wonderful too! We thank you so much for your Hospitality and Grace! Truly a Delightful place and so close to shops and Awesome Restaurants!

The first night there it was noisy in the street below with music and lots of young People Partying At the Restaurant across the street until 2 or 3 am! It was hot in our room so I opened the patio door and we were on the 3rd floor but I was still a little scared that someone might climb up to our balcony!! After 2 or 3 am it quieted down but my Husband and I were both shaken up in the morning! And couldn't feel relaxed after our long trip from the United States! There were always many police car chases going on in the streets also with Sirens or Ambulances Blaring! A little disconcerting!!

Tenzim! Made the whole experience memorable and the spirit of Hotel Britannique. Full of energy and welcomed everyone to the special candlemas event with freshly made crepes.

Can hear the people outside at the bar and ambulances but other than that not too bad. Mostly very quiet. Also that old french/english man was rude (night shift). Mostly likely due to be old and lazy and not wanting yo help out the clients equally. When ask about water he said to drink from the bathroom. If he does that at his home i question hygiene.

It was in an awesome location. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and polite despite my total lack of French. The room was cute and clean. I had space to put my things. The staff had suggestions and recommendations about things to do in Paris and how best to navigate.

The sale point of room with an Eiffel Tower view is mildly deceptive when I have to stick my torso out the window to see the Eiffel Tower. Also the images to advertise the classic Eiffel room make it seem as though it has a balcony when it does not.

Fantastic location within comfortable walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. The hotel was as described and great for a few nights stay.

The bar/club across the road would keep light sleepers awake and the lighting within the room isn't ideal when trying to get ready despite a window in the room.

I did like the overall aesthetic of the hotel, from the outside to the tastefully styled, vintage, English, lounging room, next to the lobby. The day & nightime reception staff were delightful and always very helpful. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe & comfortable the whole time.

The breakfast room felt a little out of synch with the rest of the hotel decor. Not styled as tastefully, in my opinion. Could have had more selections of hot food for breakfast. Eg, bacon, champignons, tomotoes, etc. Otherwise, it was sufficient.

Location is excelent, near 2 tube stations in the great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shops. Every member of staff was extremly helpfull, with printing our tickets, getting vase for our flowers... They stored our luggidgne and notified us via whatup when room was ready. On 8th march we got cute chocolades and little note, also a welcome note on the first day. Those are little things that makes your day!

Location was fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay, however, and your hotel is very beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciate, as our ability to speak French is quite limited.

Our main issue was really not your fault - my husband is 6ft 8inches tall and all aspects of the room (bathroom, shower, balcony, and the room itself) were small and felt cramped. That's what I mean by value for money - at that price I did expect more space, and it's very hard to tell from photos how big the space is.
