The first thing that struck us about this hotel was its fantastic location. Situated right in the heart of the Paris,it made it incredibly easy for us to explore and enjoy all the central attractions, restaurants, and shops. One of the standout features of this hotel was the warm and welcoming staff. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately made us feel like a valued guests. The room was both spacious and comfortable. There were also a gifts from the hotel the bottle of wine and a cute souvenir. It's these small, thoughtful touches that truly make a stay memorable and create a lasting impression. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a truly good experience. The central location, friendly staff, and spacious room. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring the Paris.

For a downtown hotel, this place was unusually quiet and we slept well. The rooms are small but you aren’t going to stay all day there, and it’s very typical for Paris. The rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was basically a glassed off section of the main room and may be not very comfortable for those people who prefer more bathroom privacy. The front desk staff were really helpful and very pleasant. The reception area was nicely decorated. We did not eat breakfast here. It was easy to get all the sites from here.

Although they had put a curtain up on one side of the frosted glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom, the bathroom situation was less then optimal.

I was very pleased with this hotel find! Excellent location: close to les Halles, a stroll away from the Seine, les Marais, île de la Cité, main touristic and shopping areas all within walking distance. Nearest station is Chatelet, which combines all important lines. Hotel is modern, new furniture. Reception desk services fine. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that. Room is good size for Paris. Clean at acceptable levels. Amenities were nice and there were room shoes and robes available (nice touch for this price range).

Shower area could use some scrub (some mold/stains on the corners and on tiles reduce the full potential of the nice bathroom).

Fantastic room. Clean, great size, great bathroom and a balcony. Very quiet hotel, comfy beds, great sleep. Stayed for 4 nights. Highly recommended. Helpful staff. Amazing location. Very central. Very close to the River Seine, Pont Nerf, NotreDame, the Louvre, Pompidou. Walked to Place de la Concorde , Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. Shops and restaurants all around. Metro at the corner of the street, direct train to Sacre Coure and airport. Bus also to the Tour Eiffel.

Nothing. Amazing hotel, great location.quite small but this was a bonus as very quiet. Didn’t have breakfast as so many places to explore on doorstep.

Excellent location, very close to multiple metro stations, one block from Seine River and also a very convenient car park if you were driving like we were. Good value for money hotel even on the Rugby World Cup finals weekend!

As other guests have said, the glass bathroom and mirror reflection doesn't allow much privacy in the bathroom. The website seemed to indicate you could purchase drinks in the lobby but when we returned in the evening and asked to purchase a drink this wasn't possible.

The property was very clean with modern features and New World art. The hotel room was clean, organized and just the right size. The staff were incredible. They helped me find my way, give me suggestions for places to go in the area and they were so kind and courteous. I am definitely coming back here.

Room was just like the picture, small but well set up for one person. Nespresso machine and a kettle pot in the room. Great!

The main thing I didn’t like is that I arrived early and right away I was told the check in wasn’t till 4pm. I was offered a place to drop my bags off. All the other hotels I have stayed if you show up early they will check if the room is free and ready they will check you in way early. They don’t do that. That’s a negative point for me.

Front desk staff have excellent communication skills and addressed all our concerns immediately. They were very professional and accommodating.We were able to check in early , it was much appreciated after a long overnight flight. We felt safe and welcome. Great location to walk around with access to excellent food and shopping.

When you open the sofa bed , it blocks the entrance of the bathroom. The shower is handheld and makes it difficult to wash your hair. The floors were cleaned after we brought up our concerns. They were apologetic and took care of it .

The hotel's location is excellent. All major attractions are at a walkable distance. Lot of eating and shopping options. Its right beside river Seine so we walked along the river to most the attractions. Also, the Chatelet metro station is right around the corner if someone is interested in exploring Paris using the metro. We were family of four therefore we predominantly used taxis and Uber. However, if you want to use Metro then this hotel couldn't have been better located. Also, if you would like to do a trip to versailles then the St. Michel train station is 10 mins away. Having said all about the location, I would like to give a special mention to the gentleman (we could not catch his name) who greeted us at the check-in. He was very friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful in providing us with the information about Paris and its tips and tricks. My kids were extremely happy to receive a small toy gift from him and I can say that our Paris trip was very pleasant and memorable because of the friendly interaction with this gentleman at the hotel reception. As they say, the first impression is the last impression and we were very happy with our interaction with the reception staff at the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking our trip to Versailles and taxi to the airport at the time of checkout. We would always like to stay at this hotel whenever we visit Paris next. There is also a grocery store (Fanprix) around the block which could be very handy for miscellaneous items.
