Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Very good and tasty breakfast with fresh ingredients and fresh bread from the bakery.

Great location, close to the metro, buses, trams and the peripherique. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Ammar who always went out of his way to talk to us and answer any questions. A real gentleman.

The staff at front of house were so friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help. Breakfast was great. Really good selection to suit all tastes. Lots of little restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. Hotel was also very convenient for the Metro (underground transport). Also appreciated the complimentary fresh bottles of water left in the room fridge. Much appreciated. We asked for a quiet room and we got one. We were not disturbed at all during the night. The beds were very comfortable and air con was available in the room which we didn't have to pay for. A safe was also provided free of charge. As we had an evening flight, the hotel very kindly put our luggage into a secure luggage room until we came back in the afternoon to collect same for our return flight home. Overall fantastic little hotel and I would most certainly stay here again. If you fancy going to the Montparnasse Tower it is within walking distance of the hotel. Montparnasse is also full of pretty street cafes and worth stopping in for a coffee and croissant.

Wasn't crazy about the shower. Water came out onto floor and soaked the bath mat so nothing dry to step on. Shower tray was slippy so you needed to be very careful not to slip and fall. This was the only gripe I had. And it wouldn't be enough to put me off returning to this fab little hotel.

The property was amazing. Good location and easy access to the metro. All staff were very friendly and helpful, they spoke excellent English. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless. No bugs etc we’re seen at all during the stay which is amazing. The air conditioning was sensational, we was there in 33 degrees and walked into the room everyday to utter coolness.

The beds were uncomfortable. We did pay for the cheapest room at the hotel but the bed was rock solid. Another point is the pillows are very firm and the two you get given are different sizes.

Beautiful, clean, green with adequate temperature. We were welcomed with these beautiful refillable glass bottle that you could refill with plain water or fruit infused water. Breakfast was a buffet that had everything from bacon, eggs and cheese, to pancakes and delicious French pastries and fresh fruits and salad . It’s less than a minute walk to the metro line 4, which will easily get you to the main attractions in Paris.

The location is kind of ghetto, but you’re in Paris to have fun and go sightseeing, not lounge around your room all day.

Hotel located next to the Porte d'Orleans Metro Station on line 4, very convenient for reaching the major tourist destinations, Recent structure with informal reception service but equipped with all the necessary comforts. The idea of refreshing drinks and sweets available for guests is nice, as well as water for water bottles or bottles during your stay. Very varied and rich breakfast, with Bio selection of drinks.

I really loved the location, it was the best. It was steps away from the train that gave you access to everything. The hotel said it was under construction by my room was updated, nice, and clean and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. I had a small balcony that allowed me to view the area in both directions. The customer service was great everyone was very welcoming. The breakfast was good and the coffee was strong. I was able to get a bit of work completed in the mornings and was able to sightsee in the afternoon. I even found a late night food joint around the corner for the 3am munchies because I don't sleep well. I give this small boutique hotel 5 stars.

The room got a bit chilly on cooler days because you can only adjust the heat so high. It wasn't a problem for me because I'm always warm, however my friend gets cold easily.

The metro station is just at the corner so it's really easy to go whatever you want. Close to the hotel are good restaurants, bars and bakeries. The breakfast at the hotel is also good. They have a lot of options and the cappuccino of the coffee machine is just amazing!!!! They staff was really helpful. They gave us advice about the places to go and kept our luggage for a couple of hours after the check out.

Staff were very friendly, upgraded me to a bigger room for free and helped me with any requests that I had. The room and bathroom were very clean and spotless. Hotel is nice and quiet and the area is too, lots of restaurants and little stores around. Right next to the tram and metro stations which make travelling so much easier. They have robes and slippers in the closet and little vanity sets in the bathroom (cotton buds, cotton pads) as well as a shower cap. After a certain time the front door of the reception is closed and you need to buzz to be let in, which they do so very quickly. I felt extremely safe. The conditioner and shampoo are separate ( I hate 2 in 1s ) and they also provide body lotion.

Just little things that the hotel cant control, I requested to be on the highest floor (7th) which they generously granted, however the lift is very slow and you'd be better off taking the stairs if you're going down. The lighting in the room is a bit dark, even with all the lights switched on, the lighting in the bathroom is fine though if you're planning on doing your make up. It took me a while to figure out the shower system and the hot water isn't as hot as I usually would like (although most Paris hotels are like this, their hot water does not go beyond a certain temperature) but was still hot enough, the shower pressure was alright but not the strongest.
