It has a good location. Close enough to everything but on a quiet street. The design of the room is very nice and the beds were comfortable.

It felt like the staff had never had any hotel training. They were nice but over all quite scatter brained. We asked for a 3 pm check out (which they offer for a fee), it was confirmed only for us to be told 2 days later by the same receptionist that it was not available because the hotel was full. Also they were understaffed - for breakfast there were never glasses for juice or cups for coffee and whatever would be put out - would be taken by customers who has been waiting.

The hotel lobby/bar & the room was great! Stylish, trendy, comfortable and well situated in Montparnasse neighbourhood. There were cafes within 5-10 min walking and a grocery store less than a 2 min walk away!

The shower design. It was a half glass door that is optically pleasing - but not functional at all. The water kept coming out onto the floor. our floor mat would be soaked after one shower use (which means we had to waste a lot more towels during our stay). The whole time I was concerned with managing the water situation I didn't really get to enjoy a shower. So this part could use an improvement. It could have just been our room, so maybe not all rooms were like this. Also we were in room 100 and were right next to stairs and the service/housekeeping closet. So by 8 in the morning there was a lot of noise from opening & closing doors. It wasn't a big inconvenience because we were up early, but to some it may be annoying. however I understand that some rooms will experience this!

Nice hotel with a nice lobby in a good area, cafes and restaurants around, a big plus is the underground parking connected to the hotel, very nice and helpful staff, plus for the cleanliness of the room, it's nice that there was a bathtub in our room and a view of a piece of the Eiffel tower, very comfortable beds, air conditioning in the room, coffee and tea service and drinks in the room, the room was nice, you can see that the hotel is well-kept, good tea and coffee included in the room and toiletries in the bathroom. We also had an ironing board and iron in the room.

I have comments about the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet, it happened that the large bath towels were not changed every day, in the bathroom there was a yellow residue on some tiles, we had to ask for coffee for the coffee machine.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, but special thanks to Alexis who gave us a choice of room types when checking in and Kahina who provided wonderful hospitality throughout our stay.

No problems with the hotel, but it is about 25/30 minutes by bus and metro from the main tourist locations in Paris.

The staff were so nice especially when none of us had any of the French language between us. Our room was amazing and to have the view of the Eiffel Tower from our terrace was the icing on the cake.

The property was so clean, the smell when you enter the door was wow ( I don’t know what is was but I’d love my house to smell like it all the time ) and the Nuxe products were amazing

The hotel was amazing, and a very beautiful design all over. Our room was great, as the bed was a large size, waterfall shower and overall very comfortable. The location was great as was a 5-10 minute walk to the metro station and 30 min metro from the Eiffel Tower itself.

One thing, the shower design was slightly poor due to water pouring out and soaking the floor matt.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was big enough with a view of the Eiffel tour! Breakfast was not so large but very attentive to details. Overall a great hotel and good value for money. Also good sound isolation.

The toilet flush was working only for full tank. The half flush was broken. No big problem. The extra bed was a little squeaky, but not too much of a problem.

We loved the modern decor, cleanliness and size of the room. The room we had - no.72 - was perfect for our family (1 year old and 5 year old with two adults) - and the BEST thing was the terrace and view of the Eiffel Tower! AMAZING!!! Bathroom was lovely too!

It is a bit far out, but still only 10 minutes walk to the metro and can reach all attractions within 30 minutes metro ride.

Spacious room, very clean, comfortable mattress, nice tea. Staff was polite and accommodating.

Location, despite central, was far from many restaurants + minor cons like very slow elevator and slightly less then white towels.

We loved the breakfast! Everything was clean and well maintained. The size of the room was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. It is near a market.

There was a little walk to the nearest metro but it didn't bother us that much.
