The location was great, just beside the Parc Montsouris, with many beautiful trees and colours of autumn. Easy access to the RER, tram and metro. A few good places to eat not far from the hotel, including a lovely Indian restaurant. The room was practical for our little family, not luxurious but comfortable and clean, with a view of the Eiffel tower. The buffet breakfast was great and the perfect start to a sight seeing day.

Everything was great, apart from the bathroom door which jammed.

Location was perfect for my reasons for the Paris trip - transport links were brilliant and a walk from Charlety Stadium where the World Para Athletics World Championships were happening and where I was volunteering. Staff were great, room was an ideal base. Didn't sample the breakfast as my shifts for volunteering started before breakfast started! Quiet room even with the window open all night and next to the lovely park.

The lift which was a squeeze for two people and then frightening when the chamber maid insisted on trying to get in and didn't really understand that guests should get priority and I waited in the basement for it to come back as I felt claustrophobic as I was on tiptoes trying to make more room. The shower also took a long while to get hot but I soon learned this and left that tap and the sink tap to run on hot so it got warmer more quickly!

Location was perfect : nice neighborhood, close to Cité universitaire, Parc Montsouris, RER station, grocery shopping, cafés, etc. Room was comfortable and mostly very quiet. I liked having coffee and tea in my room.

Wifi was very unreliable. Often it was unavailable and when I could get a connection it was weak and unstable. I never could get my iPad to connect, only sometimes my iPhone for short periods. Netflix was completely inaccessible even when I tried to connect it to wifi. Lack of wifi was a major disappointment for me.

The staff were so friendly and approachable. They made me feel at ease as I felt a little nervous staying in a hotel alone for the first time, and they even gave me an adapter for my phone charger which saved me so I could take photos of Paris the next day. The room was perfect just for me, a good sized bed and a clean, calm space. There was a little balcony overlooking Parisian buildings and a beautiful park which was so lovely to sit out on in the mornings. It was so peaceful listening to the birds tweeting and very little traffic or other noise. The room had everything I could need including a tv, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, towels, fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. The shower was lovely and warm and towels and toiletries were also provided. It all made for a very comfortable stay.

The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable as I could feel the springs so would be nice to perhaps have a mattress topper to make it feel that extra bit like a comfortable hotel stay. The walls of the hotel seemed quite thin and I could hear others in their rooms watching tv etc but the guests were all very quiet and respectful and once I was asleep I wasn’t disturbed.

I liked the room. Though is pretty small, it's very good organized and you don't miss a thing, including storage space for your things. It's clean, the hotel has a small elevator and it's near a big metro station. Across the street there's a beautiful parc and in walkind distance you have a small Lidl and other grocery stores.

The light in the bathroom. Only one spot from the 3 available was working and they could not be fixed due to electrical problems. For a woman, this is an isue, but you also have a big mirror in the room.

the ceiling is broken and some napkin was used for the hole. the heater didn’t work so it was little cold

It was very convenient and important to have all cooking ware , including pots, cups, spoons etc. Room includes a little kitchen corner with all needed . We also enjoyed Easter chocolate surprise 😄. Thank you 👍. A good advantage was that we could see a top of Eiffel tower from our room. Pleasant personal and good location with access to public transport. Nice and wonderful bed with clean sheets. It worth visiting a hotel once again. Good luck!

Furniture has been used for many years, but everything was in working form.

Very nice location and accessibility. Very friendly and helpful staff. All the necessities are in the rooms.

For some the room may feel a little small, but for us it was perfect. Our room had a small issue with the bathroom door that wasn’t closing all the way. Other than that everything was great

The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and said I could put my bicycle into the courtyard for safe keeping. He offered to help me with my panniers. The hotel room was on the 3rd floor with access to it via a small lift. The room was a nice size. It had to my surprise a kettle, microwave, fridge, cooker, basic cooking utensils and plates, cutlery and even a spotty dustpan and brush! Both the bath and shower were fab. It was close to trams into Paris. 2 nearby restaurants but I'd say the one down the road was better. The key was by way of an e-card. Friendly and helpful staff.

Minor niggles: Lift very small. Two entrance doors too close to each other and light switch in a recess as soon as you go in; did not see it straight away. A weird loud noise as the bath water drain out down the plughole?

Although a bit small, the room was arranged well, comfortable and the kitchenette had everything I needed. I also loved having a little balcony and views of the treesy neighborhood. There was a miscommunication (maybe the staff didn't communicate with each other?) but it got sorted out and the guy working at the front was very nice and even helped me with my suitcases when I left (the staff in general, including the night guard, were friendly and helpful).

The wifi didn't really work in my room but that might have been because I was on the 4th floor.
