The hotel is not too far from the centre, 5 mins walk from the metro station and was well run and clean. When we arrived early they were happy to take our bags and look after them until our room was ready. The breakfast in the morning was very nice (especially the fresh bread). The rooms are very spacious, well looked after and the fridge and complimentary coffee is also nice to have. Although the hotel is quite close to a busy road the windows and blinds are very good quality so you don't notice the noise at all from inside the room.

Note - None of this is the hotel's fault or within their control but just worth knowing if you are thinking of visiting. While the location of the location of the hotel is near to the metro station it is not a pretty street and there are quite a lot of young men (selling what appears to be packets of tobacco) around the entrances of the station and the commercial centre. This was a little intimidating for my wife and daughters so something to expect / be aware of if you are travelling alone.

Location is a bit far from Paris centrum and it can take long to commute. Overall, not a big issue thanks to the metro stations nearby

Room size is quite comfortable for a family of 4. Best thing was toilet was separated from the shower / bath tub area. This helps when a family of 4 stays in a room. The Uber Eats food delivery was allowed right upto the room. The hotel is bit outside of the Paris, but it is ~600 m away from nearest metro station Porte De Montreuil. From this metro station, by metro number 9, you can reach very close to all the famous tourist spots like Eiffel Tower, Luvre Museum, or else you can take some connections through other metro lines / RER / bus to other tourists spots. Disney Land connection is also simple. From this metro, take metro 9 to station Nation and then from there change to RER A - Marne-la-Vallée Chessy station. So it is convenient for tourists. The area around the hotel and Porte De Montreuil does not seem to be very standard. Some unauthorized cigarettes and second hand items sellers are always roaming around these spots. They try to talk to you to sell their items...so someone might not feel very much comfortable. But at the same time, they do not pursue you much. If you say No / ignore them, it is OK. It's ofcourse not the issue of this hotel, but of the locality itself.

Hotel should have restaurant too. The current restaurant is only for breakfast from 6 am to 10 am. It will be better if they provide some dinner options too. Although Uber Eats deliveries are quite easy and right upto your room. Another aspect is there is a big street market / bazaar everyday just in front of this hotel. It is not a problem, but it gives you a strange feeling when you see outside your room. You do not feel really be in one of the most beautiful cities in the world- Paris. The market vanishes in the evening and starts everyday morning. It's always crowded. No big deal, but some different feel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Location good, easy to get to Metro station. there is big supermarket over the corner!

Close to metro station a lot of guys selling something! I was with family - felt uncomfortable !

My children bought a charger at the reception, the charger was not usedul, this was returned Nd we were told a refund would be credited to the Chase account used for the purchase, till date the money was not refunded. The manager was helpful as we got to know the cjsrgerd were not there"s However? If a word is given it should be followed through most especially they were children.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, closed parking space was an advantage. Breakfast was really good.

It is not about the hotel but I did not find the location very safe.

Very friendly personnel. Rooms were very clean, everyday service. Fresh bottle of water in fridge, every day. Breakfast was tasty and full of choice. Coffee and tea facilities in your room. Also a microwave in the room which was very useful. Hotel is located in a very multicultural part of Paris. Last but not least, 5 minute walk to the metro.

Hotel is advertising with charging for EV. This contains of only one reserved parking spot with a 230V socket. For me, as Tesla driver, not what I expected :). Plus, I had the bad luck the first 2 days this spot was occupied by a Peugeot 2008 e-drive which was not even charging :(.

First we liked the way the entire place smelled :) It smelled like clean and new. Then the room was big ( which is something for Paris…), clean and with huge bathroom that had bathtub and shower. We loved they thought of having the toilet in another small room. Breakfast was with a lot of delicious options! You might think 25-30min trip with the subway is too much, but for this hotel is totally worth it!!❤️ Also, on your way from the Metro station to the hotel, you can have dinner (after 7pm) at a great restaurant called Perlita, that serves amazing beef. We will for sure stay again in this hotel next time we.ll be in Paris!❤️❤️❤️

The hotel met expectations. In terms of public transport, it is in a good location. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Drinks and food (pizza) were provided even late at night. They communicated well in English. The breakfast was impeccable in terms of choice and refills, despite the number of guests. The terrace is a good place to have breakfast. The size and equipment of the room met expectations. The bathroom was clean. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to others. Especially for those who travel to Disneyland.

nice and clean, very pleasant staff. pretty decent breakfast. it’s nice and close to the metro less than 10 minutes which made it very convenient. on-site parking was reasonably priced. the area its located leaves a bit to be desired but i would stay there again, no issues even walking back with kids in the small hours of a Saturday night
