location. although metro 9 goes directly to the trocadero, some stations where other metro lines intersect, the position itself is far away and some 23 stations approx. 40 minutes from the trocadero.

Clean decent rooms and lovely to be able to cook as eating gets expensive and also not always what one wants to do. The photos provided were of rooms only available for the permanent residents and so we felt a bit misled. We even requested a corner room with views and were told to ask again on arrival which we did only to discover the hotel is part permanently rented and those rooms were not available. So our room was very small and Paris was impossible to see during the olympics so we stayed in our room quite a lot. The breakfast felt a little underwhelming and we would have preferred not to take breakfast option and make our own. There is also a major construction going on in a building next door with jackhammers and clatter clang during the day but bearable if you stay on the side facing away. All in all decent place but very compact.

It is a nice place for a family. There is hot plate, microwave and utensils therefore we can do a quick cooking for our meals. It is located very close to the tram station - Maire de Miribil and a short walking distance to metro station - Port de Montreul. Very easy to transfer in and out of Paris. It is in a central position between CDG and central paris. Ideal location to stay and explore Paris. It is very easy to transfer to disney world from here within 1 hour.

Room is smaller than what I expected for a family. Less space made litte uncomfortable for us and kid when in the room.

Clean apartament, simple equipment but enough for a few days, near to the metro station, market just near the apartamen

Clean, good size room, comfortable bed, good microwave oven, stove, dishes and cutlery. Quiet enough for Paris and for sleeping with the window open (august). The fan was very appreciated. We didn't use the laundry or the gym but they sure are a plus. If you travel by metro you can go almost anywhere in Paris (nearest metro station Porte de Montreuil, line 9). There are 3 food store nearby - Aldi (not worth it), Franprix, Carrefour city open until 9 p.m. so, no problem there.

The attention to details doesn't go as far as providing a kitchen sponge or liquid soap in the bathroom at the sink (in the shower it was ok). The neighbourghood was a little unsettling. We didn't travel late at night so it wasn't a problem

The place is really comfortable and cozy. The room had a complete kitchen set provided to us and was functional for us to create our meals if we wanted to. Also the location is close to 2 metro lines the M5 and M9. You can reach the city center within 20 minutes (Alma station if you are going on M9).

I guess there was nothing specific we would want to improve. But if we are too particular, then may be the bins provided could be a bit bigger as we felt they filled up pretty quickly for a family and if you are staying more than a couple of days.

Everything was perfect! Excellent location near tram and 3 metro stations, in 30min you are in Paris center, very convenient location, quiet district; there is a supermarket just in the next door of the hotel. Breakfast was very good; the hotel is very clean, definitely recommend!

We stayed 5 days but during this time nobody came to clean the room or change the towels; there was a check in the door stating the cost of the cleaning services, which really surprised us as we expected cleaning if not every day, at least every other day.

The hotel was great. Very convenient walking distance to 2 metro lines. Super convenient for anyone who likes to cook because there are 3-4 supermarket before the hotel! Overall good stay. The room heater was perfect for the weather but it did get too stuffy.

Felt unsafe walking back in the late night. There were a lot of people eye balling us after we got out of the metro. Just don’t head back late I guess?

Rooms were decent, there was a kitchenette and was quite convenient. Lovely and helpful staff at the front desk. Close to metro and tram. You're able to store your luggage there.

It was really hot in the summer, there was no AC, just a fan provided but I think this is how it is across most of Europe so not really a complaint. The area felt kind of dodgy in nighttime but we just opted to take the tram (right across the road) instead of the metro (10 min walk) and it was okay.

Everything was great - stuff, location, cleanliness. Metro is 10 min walk, a lot of supermarkets and cafes around. The coolest feature, that wasn't mentioned in the description - the check-in time is pretty flexible. Our flight got delayed and we came to the place only at 1 am. Not sure, if there's always somebody in reception, but of course, I made a call in advance to inform about our late arrival.
