The hotel is in the heart of the city and we really liked that. I would definitely rent a room there again on my next stay in Pau. The room was big, the towels were changed every day. Reception staff - respect. We received a lot of support and assistance with our visitation goals. A heartfelt thank you!

We would have been happy if our room was on the patio as we were on the street side and it was noisy in the morning, you could hear the city cleaning trucks. As a recommendation, it would be great if the hotel had a machine for hot and cold water that you could use for free, as it is in other hotels.

I was able to park my bike safely in their salon for no extra charge, which was very nice. The staff were very friendly, communication was good, there was a good atmosphere. The room was fully functional and clean, had working WIFI and air-conditioning. Location very close to the train station and very central was perfect for me.

The breakfast was rather basic, I missed more healthier options and found it relatively expensive.

Spacious bedroom, bed was very comfy, for the price (super cheap) given the location it was really good. Room was very quiet even though we overlooked the street but it had two sets of windows to block noise. Super friendly staff (the night time and day time). Would stay again as the location is fantastic and one of the few that offers parking.

The hot water took a long time to arrive in the shower.

Very nice hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Shame they did not have a bar and restraunt but we knew that before booking. Plenty of places near to the hotel.

We had no instruction to where the pre booked parking was. When we found the hotel there was no place to stop the car in a single track road and run in the hotel to ask. So I took a guess and turned right under an arch into a private square. Luckily my parking space was just inside the square. Panic over.

Great central location, easy to find when arriving from the train station. Staff is exceptional, friendly, accommodating, and the reception is staffed 24/7. There is a nice selection for breakfast and the coffee was great.

Hotel is a bit dated and the facilities could be improved. 3rd floor rooms have slanted ceilings and not much natural light, but all light fixtures are located near the bed - I couldn't work at the desk because it was too dark.

Only reasonably priced hotel near the train station. 24hr front desk so 6:30AM exit to catch an early train is possible. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet location.

Breakfast at 12euro seemed overpriced. Didn’t have it so maybe it is more elaborate than normal in which case the price might be reasonable.

Great reception - we were a bit early and it made no difference. We like the facility - an old mansion - and it's still possible to see remnants of the original. The room was excellent. Very clean - bathroom was polished. We've stayed previously and hopefully will do so again.

I like this hotel, its my second time here. The room was spacious . clean comfy. The staff were very nice and it has 24 hour reception. It has on site parking and there were no problems booking a space. Its right in the centre of town and we ate at a pub just round the corner.

We didn't take breakfast as I thought 12 euro was a bit strong.

The hotel was superbly situated, and has the benefit of parking. The staff were quite outstanding and went the extra mile to make our stay special. There are very good restaurants within a minute or two away. The room was huge and very peaceful

It is well situated for visiting the town, and easy to find. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable - and even had a bath. Very good breakfast. Warning: if you want to park, book in advance. However, the helpful receptionist pointed us to a nearby public underground car park which was quite reasonable.

My room overlooked the street, and because it was really hot the window had to be open. It was the night before a public holiday, so a lot went on until quite late. I would point out that neither the weather nor the 'celebrations' were the hotel's fault. Just a warning to be careful about dates etc. Maybe ask for a room not on the street side.
