I stayed in a hotel for 3 nights and it was a great experience. The food in a restaurant is marvelous, I didn't want or need to look for any other restaurant in the city for a lunch or dinner. Breakfast was good and there are plenty of choices, although it may become monotonous after a few days. The room was very clean and quite spacious for one person. The hotel offers airport shuttle, which is very comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is pretty far away from the city and you will need to spend at least 45 minutes in order to get to Paris if you want to do some site seeing. But I will definitely be back here.

The hotel offers breakfast to be delivered to the room, but it didn't work out in my case. I ordered it in advance, filled the questionnaire the night before, and even delivered it to the reception myself (because none took the form hanging on the door handle until 3 AM), but still, the next morning, nobody knew about my order. I was eventually given the breakfast delivered to my room, but only after 20 minute discussion with the reception.

it was very clean, we had a lovely late dinner, and the room was lovely and very quiet. And the attendant behind the desk was very welcoming and friendly. We would recommend it to our friends, with one exception. See below.

we were disappointed in the shuttle service. Our flight was a 9 o’clock international flight. And the shuttle service did not begin until seven, and that was already full. So we needed to take a taxi. We ordered a taxi. It arrived on time and took us directly to the airport. However, it charged us double the amount € 30 than it took us the day before on a commercial cab for €15. it would also be nice to have water classes in the room. There were only the paper cups for coffee. However, it was a lovely room and it was very quiet. We would recommend the hotel, but we would say be very cautious about ordering a taxi.

It was a very quick overnight stay en route from Malaga to South America. Everything was quick, clean and efficient but we needed little more than a bed and a shower. The hotel ran a small restaurant and bar, comfortable, quick and tasty - much better than the average American airport chain hotel.

We had to wait a little while for the Shuttle, but not too bad. Took a taxi the the next morning as we needed to leave before the shuttle service started

The hotel offers free shuttle service to CDG airport. As we tried to reserve for next morning we got told the shuttle is already full. So we asked for a taxi reservation. At the following morning a second hotel shuttle was there and brought us to CDG. But this one we had to pay 25€ same as for an outside taxi. Strange behavior of the hotel 😞

Quiet, modern, clean, great breakfast and great staff.

I was told that the last shuttle to the hotel was leaving at 10:30pm and when we reached the meeting point - quite away from Terminal 1 - at 10:22pm, it had already left. I had to go back to get a cab with 2 kids and luggages after a 24 hour trip. I would have known, I would have gone directly to the cab station and saved me and my kids a useless trip.

Disconcerting to be told on arrival that all shuttles to airport for following day were already full. There was no advice that one had to book in advance. Staff member eventually found ‘only available’ spot on a shuttle earlier than I wanted which was ok. However when I took the shuttle there was also another seat free - perhaps a late cancellation.

A free storage room for luggages right next to the check-in office has brought convenience to the guests and staff for efficient collection. It was also near by the exist which made it a plus!

The choose of foods at the restuarant could have been more. Also limited number of waiter have caused the guests waited longer to be servered. In one of our meals, my colleague found a fly in side the salad after she already had some! Even though the chef has offered a new dish the soonest, but it really was not a pleasant experience for anyone.

We were so pleasantly surprised in this hotel! We arrived late but were happy to see people sitting at the beautiful bar area and at the dining tables. The lobby is fresh and new and the dining area is huge and bright with a nice garden area for outdoor relaxation. The room was perfect. For me, that means a king size bed, a good coffee maker (nespresso ☺️), a very clean, new bathroom with beautiful shower and full-sized soaps and shampoos! The breakfast was gorgeous! Everything anyone would need. The coffee maker was wonderful (the hot milk wasn’t working but I just used regular milk). We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Oh! The man that checked us in (also there the next morning) was excellent.

The ONLY thing was not having an iron-there’s a really nice steamer though.

The Staff were excellent, from front desk to dining area. I had my old Mum and young daughters stay over for a night before I joined them and the Staff took care of them amazingly well; the things they didn't have, things they needed... everything was figured out. The Room was very clean and comfortable. The Free airport taxi is a wonderful gesture. The Staff in this hotel are amongst the most accommodating I have come across in France... And I have stayed in a lot of hotels. If I had to do a long layover at CDG again, I would stay here again.

Very clean and well equipped. Likes they offer cot for the baby. Close to CDG and free shuttle to terminal 2. Free breakfast is a good continental one with lots of choices.

Staff needs to learn more english, this hotel is close to an international airport. Staff needs to get more organized! We missed our 1st shuttle service because we had to wait 10 min for check out and the guy who came to pick us up didn’t even check if we are there just left without us. The next one was coming 30 min later and we had to rush trough the airport with a 1 year old to catch our flight. Staff didn’t even care. However Francois was very helpful and polite! Give him a raise!
