We were surprised at how easy it was to get to by public transport. Very short and very pleasant walk from bus stop. Although we arrived very early we were able to check in and received a warm welcome to our lake view room. Literally a stone's throw away from the lake. Had a wonderful meal. In a wonderful restaurant with wonderful staff. Slept very well in a comfortable room and enjoyed the shower. Lots of room. The breakfast was amazing. Great atmosphere and very very relaxing.

Want to return someday but more likely to recommend it to friends and family. We only stayed one night and spent the rest of the holiday nearer Geneva where we could go on trips to Annecy etc. It worked out very well for us.

The location was stunning, right on the lake. It was well placed for the purpose of our trip. The staff were very nice and friendly. Parking was plentiful, even though it got busy with the restaurant next door, the staff showed us where we could park. The hotel suited our needs perfectly

Very little, the shower gel and some cups in the room were not replaced on the first day, but everything was fine from the second day. Other than that, there’s nothing I didn’t like.

Good hospitality and smile of the owner, its family and all the staff. Having a good restaurant along a lakeside (with a great view of the Lake and Lavaux, Siwss side) with very fine cusine and wines. Rooms are very simple, but clean and well-prepared for long stayers which is also very useful and practical for one-night stayer. Reviewed by a disabled traveller. The parking was good. Lift access was great, from the car park to the floor of our room. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was awesome, it was big and had a stool for me to use. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lake view from the room was there but not huge 😊

The hotel is rare example of non-standard, historic hotel with charisma. Huge difference comparing to standardized, similar to each other modern hotel networks. It is placed directly on bench of Lac Leman, near a big park, but easily accessible by car. Parking is included. Breakfast is good enough for its value (13 euro).

There are some small drawback (ventilation in rooms could be better, you should open windows often than usual, room design is dictated by age of the building I guess, so you have a door in toilet but not to bathroom), but these are minor things.

Excellent location. Apartment in the hotel was immaculate, cleaned every day and was well stocked with utilities and everything you need. Staff were always there when needed and very helpful. We are returning next year!

Beautiful and quiet location. Probably worth paying extra for a lake view. The restaurant is over priced but ingredients are local.

Rooms downstairs are not so nice. They laughed when I said I didn’t have a car. The number 1 bus is good but not reliable.

Very comfortable with fantastic views of the lake. No complaints about the room, really good. Get breakfast as there are not really other options nearby. The huge parklands to the left are wonderful, so peaceful on a still sunny day.

Clearer arrival instructions would have been good. 'Opposite the restaurant' didn't look much like a hotel reception until you go inside, especially as waiters were taking meals from there across the road to the restaurant. I wandered around the back area (a separate apartments zone?) until a staff member twigged and sent me to the right place. Parking is the undercover car ports - not the gravel area at the back (in case you were wondering).

The property was ideally situated for our travel plans and was a good price for the area. Evening meal and breakfast were good and plentiful. There was more than enough off road parking.

Our room was very dusty. I had to move a couple of items from the table and then do housework!!

Fabulous hotel, great room, great view and super clean bathroom. A warm welcome the only disappointment was the restaurant was shut on the Sunday evening. However we would highly recommend this hotel.
