room was a good size for a single person and equipped with air conditioning. bed was comfortable and tv was equipped with google chromecast. staff were very helpful and friendly and reception was 24hr. good price especially as this stay was during the period of the olympics. good location - 15-20 minute walk to either la défense or esplanade de la défense metro stations and some nice small restaurants located nearby.

I rarely leave reviews, but the stay in this hotel was so good that I decided to write one! The staff were super friendly and always offering us to help with directions, when we wanted to eat some pastries and even drink some wine they let us do so in the terrace outside and provided plates and glasses (this was one of the best bits of the stay!) Puteaux area is nice, clean, full of small bakeries and pastry shops, and there are a couple wine shops as well, so we thouroughly enjoyed out time there!

Google maps didn't take us to Esplanade (which is nearer metro stop) but to La Defense, which is a huge and confusing train station. We also bought T+ RER tickets and apparently those don't work for RER until La Defense, only for normal metro and buses. We spent like one hour trying to find our way out from the station, getting lost in the shopping mall it is connected to :) So I'd recommend taking a metro line 1 to Esplanade de La Défense and then wakling to the hotel

The staff are super friendly, I had a single room and it was still pretty spacious and comfortable. There's a little terrace out back to sit outside, and the hotel itself has a welcoming atmosphere. and it's only a short walk from a couple stations. There's great bakeries nearby and a place over the road to go for a drink. The area itself is very clean and I felt safe walking alone

While there are food and drink options, most are quite pricey

The previous room we were in was not what we were expecting. We requested the hotel staff to change our room, and they did so without any problems and without any additional charges to us. The hotel's service was top-notch and the terrace is a great spot to invite friends and unwind.

The hotel only offers breakfast and no dinner.

The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff left it spotless daily. Every person in the reception I've interacted with was extremely professional, nice, and friendly. The internet quality was good, and I was able to do my online tasks effectively.

The air conditioner was a little loud.

The hotel is kept spotless in every detail, its a little gem in puteaux min away from the metro were you can reach Paris centre in 20 min. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. There was plenty to choose from the Breakfast from hot plates to croissants and different kinds of bread, topped up with a lovely coffee. We recommend this hotel we had the most amazing time. Nice little hotel in the outskirts of the city with good transportation links to the centre of Paris. Welcoming and very friendly staff especially Carmine who was at the front desk. Room was tidy clean and conformable. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Room was very warm and a bit stuffy and no obvious way to cool it down (air con was set to heat further). Had to cut stay short due to industrial action in France which we were only informed of on the day we arrived and left us unable to get back to station. So trip turned out to be expensive as we still had to pay for the whole time booked.

Staff was always very accommodating at late requests, and they seemed super helpful, friendly, and courteous. Breakfast was excellent and well served. Room itself was fully functional with all necessary (& more) facilities, clean, and well kept. Perfect, comfortable stay.

it’s a small and quite hotel in a very nice location that feels like a small village where everybody knows everybody. yet it is right beside the busy La Defense business district. so you can have your business meetings and then relax in a friendly atmosphere. the metro stop is Esplanade defense and you need to walk 10 minutes to get to the hotel. the restaurant just next door to the hotel is amazing. top quality food prepared and served with love. The staff of the hotel is super efficient and very very kind. you feel like at home. Will definitely come back.
