The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the metro to the center and 15 minutes to the train to Versailles, in a business area that's very safe. - The room was spacious and clean. - The reception was friendly.

The hotel's policy requires providing your credit card details as a guarantee for payment, even when the booking has been fully paid through the Booking platform. It is necessary to present a physical credit card upon arrival; cash or digital wallet payments via Google/iOS wallet are not accepted.

The room was very generous, and you didn't feel crampt inside. Personnel very helpful and kind. Had some problem with the furniture but was fixed the next day. But that didn't badder me at all. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner they provided were so careful with the skin 🫠😋

Although it's a room with a kitchenette, it lacks a crucial appliance ( microwave or an oven). You have a heat plate, fridge, and a sink. It's a must-have in a room with a kitchenette, in my opinion. The room could use some self-cleaning solution like a broom and a scoop. The bathroom is very generous in space, but at least in my room, the stool was not centre and crampt in a corner, and a medium-sized person like me has some problems with it. The thermostat doesn't seem to work during the daytime and was about 20 degrees in the room. Nomater, how you try to adjust it it dissent seems to do anything, not even the fan speed, and during the morning the room was a bit chilly.

Very friendly staff polite and helpful, the pool is kept clean and tidy as all of the hotel is also water and confectionarys were replaced every day and the room was big enough for us all to move around comfortably shower room is big ,and the toiletries provided are lovely smelling really good quality there's a gym as well suitable kids and adults alike and the views from the windows are amazing it was quite around the town at night and also in the hotel i had two very happy children who both have autism the lighting and noise was a big thing for us as a family and we honestly couldn't have picked a better place to stay the Bourne and Stevensons cannot thank staff enough for there kindness and hospitality and give the social hub and it's staff a top mark rating 😀

There's nothing we didn't like, if there was anything it would be the coffee machine in the reception kept giving us espresso instead of a mocha and I'm not to sure if that's the hotels responsibility but we figured if we clicked the cappuccino we got our mocha's 😄

Hospitality of the staff at The Social Hub La Défense made our amazing trip to Paris even better. Rooms are nice and comfy, and they get cleaned every two days. Breakfast is really tasty, reception is open 0-24, and friendly staff working there are always ready to help you with whatever request you present them with! Good location also, close to bus stations and M1 metro line. We will definitely come back to Paris one day, and The Social Hub will be our first choice for accommodation!

Clean, spacious rooms. Very nice breakfast. Located within walking distance to shopping center and Puteaux center (which has village vibes when compared to Paris). Easy access to Fondation Vuitton and Champs Elysées via bus

Location is not that far from metro station, very safe, and serene area. Supermarket and shops are just the corner outside the hotel. Room is cozy and spacious. Balcony is amazing to enjoy fresh air in the morning. Working table is a nice place to complete daily routine. Shower room and toilet are not small. Hotel garden and facilities are so lovely, although we didn't enjoy much of them. Staffs are very helpful.

One small chair in a double room is not reasonable for comfortable stay. I needed to take an outdoor chair at balcony for my son to sit. Moreover, there must be USB port outlet as travelers from other continents will have a trouble if they don't have the correct type of charger.

Breakfast, comfy bed and desk in the room, nice statements and ducks all over the place. Water with lime at the reception :) Helpful staff.

I was not fully aware of kitchen usage - the first evening I got in and used the fridge and hot water, the second day as it was closed I got to know it was not intended to be used by hotel guests (just long-term students). However, I got a kettle instead and it was okay for me. I was on 6th floor and there was some weird background sound (from above?) 2 days like someone would used the washing machine all the time

We had a brilliant room with a balcony and shared kitchen when we only paid for the basic room. It was perfectly clean and in a brilliant location to reach the La Defense Arena (25 min walk away, or 10 min drive). We got access to a pool, 24-hour gym, and laundry which was very useful also. The parking is also great, except it does cost 15 euros per night, and we got charged an extra 30 euros or so as a city tax. The parking was very secure though as it is underground and an RFID-coded key is needed for entry. Overall, we had a brilliant stay with no issues.

It had an elevator for our bags!!! Very clean and a view out of the window. Close to a bakery for breakfast. Lovely mattress and good air conditioning. Nice bakeries and cafes around the area. Locals live here not tourists which is great. Reception and staff very good and it does have a laundry ($Euro)

The bed pillows were too soft. More like a soft cushion! Had to use my travel pillow (stuffed with my clothes) The hotel is extremely hard to find from the Metro. Once you know - it is easy but there is so much construction and freeways around site. Recommend getting a taxi there the first day.
