Great central location, comfy beds and good shower. We paid for garage parking which was very useful and good value. No air con in our room, (which we knew,) but 2 room fans did the trick as it was still hot & humid (mid sept!!) Beautiful decor in our room. Lovely thoughtful breakfast provided in large individual bowls, containing 2 pieces of fresh fruit, a pot of yoghurt, cheese, honey, butter, jams & chocolate spread. Then delivered to your table was another bowl of hot croissants, bread rolls and pancakes. Tea, coffee and juices all served to you at your table. We ate our breakfast in the courtyard space, but there was also a comfy breakfast room inside. We ate our evening meal in the main part of town which was absolutely buzzing on a Sunday night!
It's a tall 'town house' hotel, so 2 medium flights of stairs to each floor and 4 steps from the street to reception so = 5 flights for us ... with cases! = Hot work haha!

We were looking for a small French small hotel in a quiet location. We were looking for something that had understated quality and not ostentatious, which is such a relief these days from the impersonal large group hotels. This is exactly what we found. Nor far from the busy centre, far enough away to be quite, close to superb French restaurants. Our breakfast in the beautifully restored Roman style enclosed court yard. The hotel was everything and more we had been looking for, it was real and not ostentatious and more than we had expected. We would definitely return when in Reims again.
Nothing at all.

Hotel Azur is very well located, being proximate to the city's key sites, yet located in more of a locals neighborhood. The main tourist street with all the hotels, restaurants, shops, etc is just a few blocks walk, as it the central train station. We were also able to lock our bicycles in a secured garage. The management was very nice, allowed us to store our bags with them after we checked out and tried to accommodate us for another night, but no rooms became available.
There rooms are true to the size described - which was small. However, adequate and I was very happy to have the fan!

Great location in heart of Reims, yet surprisingly quiet. Very pleasant and extremely helpful staff. Street parking close to hotel. Lovely courtyard for breakfast. Bedroom comfortable with good decor though small.
Very small en suite which needed some updating, though clean and everything worked. No aircon which I knew when booking but unseasonally hot weather caught us out, so sleep was difficult. Had expected parking to be available at hotel but were told on arrival that it had all been taken, even though we were there by lunchtime.

perfect location to explore the city and go for a lovely meal. All staff we met were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are all very individual and it feels authentically French. It was very quiet, which made for a good nights sleep
My elderly Mums single room was on floor 3, there is no lift. We booked breakfast, but it was not made clear that breakfast did not start until 8.30am and we needed to have left by 9am to reach the tunnel crossing. However the staff did all they could to offer some of the breakfast early and we took what was left with us

The location was ideal to walk to many of the main areas to see or to get access to those further afield. The parking was good to book in advance, although an additional charge.
We didn't realise there was no lift so my husband found the stairs to the 2nd floor where our room was quite challenging. No air conditioning in our room, only an electric fan, so it was quite stuffy at night unless we left the window/french door open, but then you got noise from the street.

The location was excellent, the staff was helpful and accommodating. The courtyard and the style of the hotel were great, all in all it was good value and a great base to explore Reims.
Comfortable rooms with a beautiful insulated window opening onto the courtyard, but the dresser/ furniture and the old carpet in our room gave the room a touch of unfinished renovations. A bar fridge would be nice as well as free parking 🙂

My wife and I spent two nights at the Hotel Azur. Our room was comfortable and the air conditioning kept it lovely and cool in the hot weather. The staff were polite and helpful. The location is very convenient for the city centre and it is just a few minutes’ walk to the cathedral. The private parking in the next street was easy to find and a real bonus.
There was no lift (fortunately we were only on the first floor). There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room. The breakfasts were poor – just a bowl with some fresh fruit and a pot of yogurt, and a basket with some croissants and bread. No cheese, no cold meats, no cakes. At 11 Euros, they were not good value for money

Modern room was great for an overnight stay & the juliette balcony onto road was fun. Location was ideal for popping into the centre by foot. Breakfast in the patio garden was very pleasant way to start the day & peacefully serene (at least before the other guests get there!). Staff were very friendly & check-in flexible to our potentially late arrival. Slept well, room bright in morning.
No negatives that I recall. A small caution perhaps that the parking garage & entry gate was a bit tight on height & width for our car (Audi Q2), but we managed fine.

Really nice, cosy hotel with equally nice and cosy rooms. All is clean and well designed. The staff is nice and speaks good English. Tasty breakfast with croissant, baguette, and pancakes. It has a tiny inner courtyard for breakfast. The location is excellent.
Even if there's a small corridor before the bedroom, the bathroom door is opening from the bedroom right next to the bed.
