Very cute outdoor courtyard perfect for bringing back some champagne and relaxing here. Front desk and cleaning crew were so friendly and accomplished when I wanted to sit in the dining area to do some work. I appreciated that the front walkway was always very cleanly swept clear of tree leaves each day. My room was quiet and comfortable- though my first neighbors I hardly heard but my last night I had the ones who slammed the door every 5 minutes, child ran up and down the hall, so you never know.

Older building so sometimes the bathroom had a sewer smell- so I just kept door closed

The location couldn't be better: directly in the centre of the city and a 1-minute walk from the underground car park where I left my car. Being so central, the building is old but absolutely functional; all the amenities are there. It's located a little away from the street - so no noise in the night, and a nice garden to relax in in the summertime. All the staff was very nice and helpful. I am absolutely satisfied with my stay ))

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the train station, in an area with numerous bars and restaurants. The property is set quite far back from the street with a lovely courtyard. So the noise from the area doesn't really make it to the rooms. Bed was comfortable. Room decor was a bit outdated, but clean and in good repair. The staff were very friendly.

One of the shower doors was off it's track. I had to carry my luggage down three floors of stairs because housekeeping left the lift door open on the ground floor.

Excellent Location with Elevator! Everyone was very helpful and kind. The hotel is cute ans cozy. The best possible location, one block from train station, in the middle of restaurants street but away from the noise. It has an elevator, something rare in France. I will come back. Merci bien! Maybe they forgot, when making the room for my first night, that pillow cases were not clean. Happily, there were clean pillows in the closet, so I just switched them.

What can I say, my favorite hotel of my two-week trip. Loved it.

Everything and the young receptionist sorted my phone out for me. I just have a cheap tracfone and it was messed up and she clicked a few things and brought it to my room in about 10 minutes. So happy, I just used it for Facebook to tell my daughter I was ok. I'm almost 82 traveling alone.

The location was right in the middle of the city centre, so there was easy access to all the local restaurants at night. The room and ensuite bathroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a standard continental buffet. I loved that they have kept the old-fashioned styling of the lift, it looked great.

The hotel didn't have its' own car park. However there was an underground public car park a couple of hundred yards away so this wasn't too much of a problem.

The location of the hotel was excellent, 5 minutes to walk to the main train station and the hotel was quiet since it was a bit hidden in a backyard but right in the main street with restaurants, bars and cafés, very much in the middle of everything needed.

The hotel needs a bit of renovation because I guess the best years are a while ago.

Beautiful room, fabulous location, and a very ample breakfast with everything you could imagine available. Located off the main pedestrian street, Hotel Crystal is set behind a tranquil courtyard that provides a lovely haven. It's quiet, elegant, and the staff are charming. Highly recommend.

The hotel is nestled behind the main pedestrian mall, away from all the people traffic and with its own beautiful garden area in front. We liked to just sit there at times and relax and soak in the ambience. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, particularly the reception area. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well laid out. The price was very reasonable.

We were there for 5 days. At times, there were other guests in the hotel who were a bit noisy. Not something the hotel can really control. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room.

Lovely hotel with character in a fantastic location just off the main street with bars and restaurants and short walk to the cathedral. Rooms and bathrooms have been renovated so look very smart, the communal areas retain the character of a provincial hotel. Parking in the city underground car park was two minutes walk away. Overall, excellent value.
