Much nicer than we were expecting. Very quiet and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were larger and more accommodating. Beds were very comfortable, and pillows were just the right amount of "fluffiness"!

Very tough to find parking. Garage was close enough, but difficult to find our way out of the garage and back to the hotel. Staircase was a bit tight, but our luggage was minimal. For folks having more luggage or heavier luggage, just be prepared!

The hotel is an an excellent location near the Cathedral and Tourism office. Very easy walking distance to the cobblestoned shopping district and public transit if you need it (we just walked everywhere). Very friendly, helpful staff.

No lift for luggage, so we had to carry everything up four flights of stairs. Be aware if you have accessibility issues. The room was much smaller than we had thought, but it was comfortable.

This is a perfectly located small traditional hotel. From my bedroom window there was a view of the Cathedral - what more could you ask! Next door is a very large underground secure carpark.

Everything was perfect and I will stay again if I am in the area.

We visited for one night during Easter weekend, driving from the Alps to Calais. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They tried very hard to help us with dietary requirements at breakfast. The beds were comfy and the room was clean, bright and airy. Parking on the street was easy and it was free - our roof box wouldn't have fitted into the car park of the hotel. If you walk out of the front door of the hotel you can see that the road leads right to the Cathedral, which is stunning. We attended Easter Sunday mass at the Cathedral which is why we came and it was lovely, the choir was wonderful. The Cathedral is just beautiful to walk around.

I was woken in the night by drunk men singing outside but it is a city centre hotel so I don't think that is unexpected. The stairs in the hotel are in quite a tight spiral and on one landing the automatic light didn't work so it was very dark on the stairs. The bathroom suite was very old but everything worked and was clean so it was fine.

the location of the hotel is amazing. you can’t be any closer to the city centre and the cathedral the room was very clean bed was comfortable the water pressure was really good parking was next door and easily accessible

the room was tiny and the bathroom was so small that on order to get out of the shower we had to open the bathroom door there is no lift and the stairs are very steep breakfast options were extremely limited but the food was nice and fresh

Great location! We could see the cathedral from our room. Basic rooms but clean and comfortable.

Bear in mind there is no lift and climbing the steep stairs to the top floor may be a bit of a challenge.

Location is perfect, a very short walk from the Cathedral. My room was small, but easily adequate for my needs: I was traveling very light as a pilgrim walker on the Via Francigena.

Location is great, staff very helpful, decent breakfast. Large public underground car park next door 16 euros/24 hrs left car for 2 days it was well lit,clean and seemed quite secure.

Room was very small and bathroom was tiny, but ok for 2 nights.

Very central location. Staff was very nice. No air conditioning or lift. Large windows could be opened, however a lot of street noise at night with windows open.

the location was perfect. about 200m away from Notre Dam Reims cathedral and 5 mins walk away from main city centre. For those who like golf there is a decent course about 20 mins drive away. Breakfast was very tasty
