The location was excellent off the motorway. Hotel and rooms were clean. Car was safely parked within the perimeter fence for a charge of 3 euros. Staff for check in was friendly and helpful. Would.recommend foe annivernight stay whilst travelling through Reims.

Toilet needed to be flushed when we moved into the room. I was surprised by this. Just a recommendation that in order to make tea a kettle to boil water would make better tea than hot water from a coffee machine.

Easy to find; good parking that was secure; 24/7 reception that was manned as promised. There was a lift which was great with all the bags, and the key / passcodes / wifi all worked first time, no problems. Beds were comfy and the bedside lights by each bed were fab too. Breakfast the next morning was fresh, tasty and frequently refilled / cleared away. Also, there was a large patch of grass outside within the secure parking area (so all fenced in) for early morning dog wees.

There were five of us + a dog in our quite small room - and it was very cosy! Air con could have been a bit more powerful given all the bodies in the room. Also, my husband is a tall man and he struggled to use the bathroom / shower cubicle OK. The pillow cases were a random ruffled texture which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. However, these are minor points and we would definitely stay again when doing a 'stop over'.

Paying extra for parting. Price charged was higher than just turn up rate quoted for 2/3 bedroom room (€51) on their signage. Access to the 3rd bed was via a ladder & over the top of a raise rail which added to difficulty & risk - this needs addressing with a re-design. I'd say suitable for children age 5-18 only.

The rooms were small but clean, bathrooms good. Staff v helpful. Breakfast was super efficient and had what we needed. Easy to park and get in and out of gate. The hotel is right at the end of the bus and tramline (Neufchâtel).

We came back to our rooms at about 2pm, intending to go out at 4pm and the cleaning people knocked on our door 3 times to ask to clean, which was pretty annoying when we were trying to rest.

Opposite an Aldi and McDonalds for stocking up on supplies. Hotel is 5 years old and in better condition than other older Premiere Classe premises. Comfy beds and good showers. Friendly staff too.

Worth knowing that parking is 3 Euro extra and limited on a first come first served basis; overspill free parking is available outside the secure parking but is not within the gated compound.

Great travel lodge option near Reims, convenient for a stop off driving through France. Very clean and new rooms, comfy beds and great value for the price.

Breakfast was basic (bread, cornflakes, croissants) and at a very small self serve station so don't expect too much. All the cups/ cutlery and croissants had run out when I arrived, however a member of staff did provide more cups etc and fetched more croissants for me which was very kind.

We are a family of five and it was great to be able to stay in one room only. The beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was very effective. It was extremely clean. The tram stop is nearby so it was very easy to get into the centre of Reims. Parking was secure but there was a small charge.

Our rooms were exceptionally clean, the shower was spotless. The only negatives to the room was the old fashion style duvet bed spread with no cover with a sheet around it on the beds, not very hygienic and the air conditioning unit which was not very powerful in cooling the room. The man on reception in the evenings was very friendly and professional. However the member of staff on the morning of 13th August 22 was terrible as there was no food at breakfast or any trays or cups! Yet on our second stay (the morning of the 21st August) the breakfast bar was full and the lady (pink hair) was obviously more on the ball! The car park was secure, but the surrounding area was run down with a lot of rubbish everywhere.

It does what a 2 star hotel should do - have a bed, a shower, a parking lot, and it is for a small fee - they even have breakfast as well, but it is very limited... The girls who are handling the place are great, very helpful and the check in process was 2 minutes 10 meters there is an Aldi, 50 meters a McD, and a large Cora just the other side of the highway - good place for one night

the bed was too hard for me, so I couldn't sleep much, but it is my problem, right...? Also there are only french channels on the TV

Clean hotel rooms at a good price. Easy to get to center of Reims via the tram, a 2 minute walk away. Food available locally-- I recommend BN Food, a kebab shop near the tram. Good stop over choice when driving from Alps to Calais.

Rooms are a bit small, but you know that when booking a budget hotel.
