Large room with big shower. Excellent WiFi, we could plug in our FireStick to the TV to watch a movie. 25 minute walk into city centre or 10 mins on the tram (3 min walk from hotel to tram stop). Easy to navigate the tram system. Free breakfast was very comprehensive (eggs, ham, cheese, crêpes, fruit, pastries, bread) and great start to the day. Kettle in the room.

It wasn't explained how to get to the car park before arrival, but we were shown when we arrived. Car park is accessed from behind the building, so not the most obvious but it was secure and had lift access up to the hotel.

Easy check-in / check-out, friendly and helpful staff, quiet room, good breakfast for the price. Overall very good value for money. I would book it again.

The location. There is a tram stop not too far from the hotel (Avenue de Caen), but to walk there from the centre the easiest way is through a 'rough area' of Rouen (nothing remotely comparable to 'rough areas' of Paris or Marseille or London; smokers might have to leave a cigarette or two to needy bystanders) and the small number of available taxis / Ubers / Bolts in the city should perhaps make one wonder whether this hotel is a good choice for party-goers or late-night walkers. Just a little something to have in mind!

Breakfast was more than acceptable. I’m glad we made it down before the soccer team arrived as that large group did slow things down. Location was totally fine as easy access to tram and bus stops. Pro tip: apparently the buses are free on Saturday. Not sure about the trams. I noticed no one talked about the very large prison right around the corner from hotel. I found it to be a great conversation piece. So many people complain about the smallest of things with this hotel. For the money, close to the city it is a really acceptable choice.

Parking was a bit confusing, but the road map you received at check in got us there.

a much better holiday inn than some of my past experienxe in the chain. All facility are well maintained and it is easy to access the city center. the only issue is the car park is very steep and make sure you are a well trained driver.

Everything was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable and didn’t have clutter. Beds were comfortable and even provided different types of pillow! Everything a one night stay needs. Parking was full up but the receptionist offered the staff parking so long as we vacated by 8am. Very friendly and helpful.

Nothing negative - perfect for its intended purpose of the one night stop between UK and south of France

Great hotel. We have stayed before (4 times). The hotel, the staff and the rooms are great. Breakfast is good too.

. The only issue this time was parking. Both couples need disabled rooms, which we got, but the parking was full so we had to park in the reserved spaces and move the cars by 8am. That was OK, but we had a long walk and struggled with stairs with having mobility issues. It was hard work.

Everything looked clean and new and young staff on arrival loved our dogs ! And a dog friendly hotel !

Only thing was the food ! We ordered 2 monsieur cheese ham sandwich! It wasn’t cooked properly cold inside warm on edges ! It was the worse one we have ever had ! And we were starving from our long journey from Llanguedoc ! We didn’t take it back as it was late and we were tired ! Breakfast was good !

There was one member of the team who was outstanding who made sure that I could park my car and trailer on arrival and in the car park, she made sure I knew whatever I needed.

On departure, I called downstairs to say I was running a few minutes late but could they put aside some dried fruit and muesli with a yoghurt (just approaching the time that breakfast was finishing). When I got downstairs, in minutes, they couldn’t help me!

Stayed for four nights and was totally satisfied by the hotel. Very good value for money, spacious,clean room, good quality linen , professional staff . Also, breakfast was very good offering a wide range of options. There's an underground parking for €9/night ,which sounds reasonable.

Maybe location - somehow far away from the city centre,but that wasn't really a problem.
