We arrived via the airport shuttle bus, I am in a wheelchair, and from the bus drop off point the road was uphill and uneven. However on arrival at the hotel staff were very helpful and we ordered a take away meal, we were told it was ok to eat in the breakfast room....somehow our order got lost, and after an hour of waiting the reception staff helped us by ringing directly for some food......the next morning the same staff ordered us a taxi, we had a lot of luggage and were flying from Orly airport....to Guadeloupe.

We only stayed one night, if it was longer maybe a slightly larger room..... Not being told that the airport shuttle bus stop is downhill from the hotel.....if we had known, I think we would have had a taxi.

No one is going to accuse this place of being overly fancy, but my room was spotless and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The "Choose and Eat" terminal in the lobby was a big help, as I was able to order food delivered straight to my room without having a French cellphone number. (I ordered from Fujiyama, which I highly recommend! Yum.) The shuttle service worked well too.

The location is dystopian -- but I didn't really expect anything different from the cheapest hotel I could find near Orly.

Good for 1 night and get the free shuttle to Orly. The time table of the shuttle is available at the hotel and online.

Breakfast was extremely poor. I suggest buying something to bring with you for a morning snack or get breakfast at the airport if you have an early flight. To get there from Paris you need to take RER+bus. They both were very crowded. I did it during daytime so it was ok, but I wouldn't do it again at night because to get to the hotel from the bus station you need to walk through a very sketchy and dark street (5-10 mins walk). I wouldn't feel safe

The staff were very helpful (helped us order pizza delivery, for example!). The room was perfectly clean and we had everything we needed (very comfortable bed; huge fluffy towels; clean bathroom).

I didn’t like waiting so long for the shuttle (in the rain) and then walking the long block from shuttle drop-off to the hotel (in the rain, with lots of luggage). The room was very small and hard to deal with our luggage.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I found the room cold when we arrived and the radiator wasn:t working and they gave us an extra blanket and came up to sort out the radiator immediately

That it was cold until the heating was sorted out. Only basic facilities....one towel each only Not much room to turn around.

It is an excellent option if you want to stay near the airport. The staff is amazing, they care about you! I had a problem with my stomach and a tall woman from the staff cared about me, she made everything (telephoned, asked, companied) to leave from the hotel as a good guest! I wanna thank her !The rooms are clean and everything was very very good!

Tottaly the area that is near the hotel has nothing special. After 20:00 you find nothing! a few options for food , you need a car to find food or something. Also, it would be good , the staff to improve their English!!! You cannot comunicate although you are and they are in a good mood!!! It is a problem!!!

Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room is small but quite adequate for a short stay. Good WiFi. Coffee machine in foyer was useful. Possible to leave luggage if necessary. Midday checkout.

TV only has French channels but that is usual in France. The bathroom door didn't close properly.

my booking was payed in advance with credit card and at arrival after midnight receptionist wanted us to pay again at much higher price (after checking my passport). we spoke english and he kept with paying. my boyfriend then spoke in French, as he is French and all of sudden he asked passport again, checked and said he confused us with another booking - it didn’t look like that honestly - coincidence to have to foreigners with same name at same day, time and hotel is a bit rare

Room with queen size bed is small but clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is simple There is a free shuttle service to Orly airport at around 150m. I only stayed one night

There is very little or almost no choice of restaurant or eating places around.

Good location for my needs. Breakfast OK. Continental Good value for money

Very bad pillows...need replacing
