The rooms are big and comfortable. The bathroom is very nice.

The location is far from train station.

I've stayed here several times because of the location and the kitchenette, but had provided some feedback on what could be done. I'm happy to see that it has been taken into consideration and saw that the shower/tub area was renovated and the room walls were freshly painted. The place in general looks much nicer and cleaner. Parking is also on location and budget friendly! With the renovations in place ( and hopefully more to come), plus the parking, I think we will make this our go to, as we go at least 3 times a year.

Some things could still be better to give a nicer feel, like the bathroom door clearly has a whole and it was covered up, but very noticeable. The carpet has a few stains, not dirty looking exactly, but maybe paint stains or similar.

The front desk service is very good, patient and enthusiastic, especially the beautiful Virginie Rosemond, she helped me solve many difficulties when I first arrived in Paris. I would like to give Miss Virginie Rosemond likes !and will stay at this hotel next time.

The hotel's pick-up and drop-off contact information needs to be strengthened. I hope it won't delay things.

Few points not major But sorted straight away , we got to the room and the shower was blocked ,staff moved us to another floor and to another room . This one had a massive dent in the bathroom door , cracked mirror in the hall ,and the lamps were a bit loose But all in all very clean and very pleasant Would go there again

Spacious room, electric blinds, excellent AC/heating, fast internet, the kitchenette had everything I needed, I liked the towel warmer in the bathroom, and the nice girl who checked me in said I could wait until a room was ready so I was able to check in early.

Doors would slam and the wall would shake. Door closers can prevent that.

I like the atención of the staff, the facilities and the cozy area. We had an issue with the daily cleaning that was the only thing we didn’t like.

The bus station is really close but to go center of paris can be a bit tricky. Anyways the area is calm.

The accommodation was as advertised. Decent size room. It was clean and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bit far out from Paris centre (40-60 min via public transport) but affordable.

It's very useful if you have to wait for a flight in Orly because it's near by the airport ....They have spacius room apartments full equipment and calms

The style of the building it's impersonal very basic and not perfectly clean but it's ok

I’ve stayed here last year also and noticed it has improved a lot since. the sauna, gym and over all much cleaner than before so will be staying there again

The appointment could do with some cable TV as we could not watch anything

Bedding excellent. Good commodities and room amplitude was a nice surprise. Cleanliness was great

Soundproof works perfectly till people from rooms around started to open/close/strongly slapped doors all the time during several hours between 21 & 23pm... it would be good if at the reception desk it was clearly indicated the need to respect the sleep of others
