I requested a ground floor room, and was given one, its easier with a dog, no personal shower in the room, but ok as it was only 1 night, I would require a shower if it were more than 1 night, it had an ensuite toilet and sink,
there was no shower in room, I wasn't told before the room was allocated, initially I had a different room booked, I cannot imagine I would book it without a shower, but as it was only 1 night it was ok,

Was cheap and bed comfortable. Slept well once other guests stopped moving around the building.
Room was noisy, could hear guests moving through corridors, etc.. Confusing check in. Reception shared with another hotel, but each has different booking systems (computers) so took a while for us to find booking. I took breakfast option as from reception restaurant appeared pleasant offering a good breakfast. Don't do it. The actual facility is in a side room and breakfast provided there is very poor value and simple. Breakfast cereal, juice, coffee, bread and spreads. This was not made clear by check in staff.
