The hotel was beyond our expectations. The large family room was ideal for travelling with older children . The hotel offered excellent cycle storage - perfect and very secure bearing in mind we travel with quite expensive road bikes and carrier. Highly recommended - a gem of a hotel just a short stroll from the excellent medieval town centre and superb restaurants.

Parking outside in public car park was a little restrictive when the town is busy but unsurprising given central location - parking however was inexpensive and only a short wait for a space was required… not an issue overall.

Clean, bright , modern hotel in an old building in an excellent location. Good breakfast available as well as a bar and a nice little sitting area. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. They offered alternative arrangements for visiting various interesting sites. Marina , in particular, went the extra mile to find a great, affordable driver to take us to the gardens and some small villages. This was a great way to see these places which would have been otherwise impossible to visit.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it's right at the edge of the walled old town so very easy walking to everywhere. The staff was very helpful as we had to rearrange our plans due to the National train strike. Our room was an apartment with king bed, nice size bathroom, extra half bath, kitchen and living area. Love that you could open the windows as we got a great breeze at night.

Nothing. Loved everything about the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Only issue with a stay in Sarlat is that taxi service in town is very limited (we had to book a taxi to the train station a day in advance). So if you don't have a car, be prepared to walk to and from train station.

Wow what a delight. I was traveling all day and was so happy to have chosen this hotel. I checked-in late at night and it was raining so hard so I was delighted that they had dinner available. It was an idea to serve little pot with Hachi Parmentier or cottage pie with Duck. It was so good I almost ordered the 2nd choice just to try it. The room was amazing. It was a big studio with a patio. Would be amazing in the summer. They lovely English receptionist looked after me so well. I will be back!

Do not hesitate to book this hotel which is amazing value. Our room was fresh, bright, spotlessly clean, the bathroom had very modern appliances and a walk-in shower which didn’t soak the floor. And an interactive mirror. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent ,ample for all tastes. Every member of staff was charming and helpful.

Unbeknownst to me, I had booked one of the bigger rooms, a sort of mini-apartment with private terrace. For the price (not expensive), I thought the room and facilities were outstanding. Would definitely go back and maybe use as a base for visiting the surrounding region.

There was nothing not to like - great room, very close to the centre of town, reasonably priced paid parking outside the front door.

Great location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Only a few mins from main Rue de la République but really quiet. (Met other people who said it was awful being off main high street in the medieval centre because so noisy.) Really recommend La Lune Poivre bar and Les Delices de Lauralice.

Parking is not easy on the square but there is an option to hire a parking garage space from the hotel. We managed to get the last space on the square as we were only staying a night but if you're staying longer, I'd reserve a space with the hotel.

Great location close to centre of wonderful town. Deceptive building with a traditional facade but a very modern inside. Nice bedrooms with super bathrooms and a very good value breakfast. Friendly staff and a well used large car park in front of hotel but with choice of private parking at a small cost. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything: the location was great, so close to the medieval centre; the staff members at the front desk were all exceptional: friendly, helpful and welcoming; the rooms were comfortable, equipped with all he essentials and very clean. I will definitely return in the future!

An excellent stay, nothing I did not like. My accompanying friends were disappointed that there were no coffee facilities in the room but it did not bother me as there was a wonderful terrace downstairs with staff who would make some coffee at request.

The location of this hotel was excellent as very close, 5 minutes walk to the old town. Very good selection buffet style breakfast, hotel overall was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

A car park is situated in front of the hotel, but at certain times of day it is difficult to park as it’s very busy, but we managed to park after a few minutes, so not a big negative
