A good location, nice design, friendly welcome, very comfortable bed, city center. To the capitol around 5 minutes walk. Good restaurant in the first floor. The yard is closed to strangers.

It was quite cold in the room. No lift only stairs so if you have a heavy luggage it would be difficult to bring it upstairs. There was some smell from the restaurant that is located downstairs. But all these points are not so much disturbing.

The 2 rooms we stayed in matched exactly to the descriptions advertised and both were very clean and comfortable. Our request that our rooms be close together was facilitated also. The (same) receptionist we met upon both arriving and leaving was extremely pleasant and helpful. We didn't avail of housekeeping services due to our short 2-night stay but everything we needed was stocked well in our rooms. We also didn't avail of breakfast so can't comment about that aspect.

The ensuite didn't have an active extractor fan (albeit there was a physical extractor) that may be important given that there is no window in the ensuite. The shower was at a higher lever from the ensuite floor so you had to be quite careful stepping in and out etc, and as a result the shower head in its highest position reached shoulder high at best (but could be adjusted of course). Same with the toilet, it was on a raised narrow step so care needed.

Great location with a large room. The street is quiet despite the roadworks outside. The hotel has a disclaimer about water pressure issues because of this work but I had no problems. Lots of space in the room. The hotel is located a street off the Carmes district so it's super close to great pubs and restaurants. Easy to get to with luggage since the metro line a street away.

No elevator. The shower is quite small. The room was right next to the breakfast area so it was very noisy in the morning (the main walkway door slams loudly. It could do with a soft closure mechanism). The room I was in had windows which opened right onto a balcony where people ate breakfast in the morning so opening them wasn't a possibility. Literally, a patron could have jumped over the window wall and into the room. Not the biggest problem since there is air conditioning but still odd. Could do with a tea/coffee area especially since the size of the room could accommodate it.

I liked the central location of the hotel. It was accessible by tramway directly from the airport. Breakfast was available but I didn't have any. Claire the receptionist was very helpful and attentive to what I needed. She even helped me carry my suitcase to the 3rd floor when I arrived. She also gave me some good tips about how to get around which was especially useful while the strike was happening . There is a little grocery store "carrefour express" down the street, 5 minutes away. The hotel was also close to the Subway "Metro" about a 10 minutes walk. I loved the little terrasse right outside of the reception, you can sit there and chat, eat, read ...etc The reception is not open 24 h( check the website for the hours of operation) and there are no elevators.

Wonderful hotel in a great central location. Our room was really nice, great design, very clean. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and made some great recommendations re restaurant/bar areas. The breakfast was lovely, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit, juice and great coffee. Would really recommend a stay here.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I arrived quite late after my train was very delayed, and the staff not only coordinated with me on timing but also upgraded my room to make my stay more comfortable!! It was perfect for my two-day visit (location, cleanliness/comfort, value & breakfast!) - I would definitely recommend :)

Centrally located in Carmes, handy for all the pubs and restaurants. Close to the Metro and various bus services. The hotel has an open aspect, which is no doubt great in the summer, however I arrived on a night when it was raining heavily. The stairs were very wet and a little slippy.

The single room was basic, shower room very small with only minimal toiletries provided. The room was on the 3rd floor, which was quite a trek as there was no elevator.

Clean place,girl at desk was very helpfull,smiling and pleasant,really doing fantastic job,room was ready 2-3 hours before checking in,charming breakfast room,little garden terrasse in the back on first floor,good size room (had room for 3p but we were 2)

Lovely hotel in old Toulouse. Walking distance to metro and main sights. Lovely staff who were happy to speak English and help with our rusty French! Nice and clean, lovely views over rooftops.

Be warned reception and rooms are accessed by stairs (no lift). Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The breakfast was pleasant with good fresh croissants and bread. But it would have been nice to have cheeses, charcuterie, eggs, etc., in the continental tradition and served buffet style so you can help yourself to food/drinks rather than having to ask to be served. This would be more relaxed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location was great, near to the subway and an easy walk into the main part of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was very small - which was expected and fair for the price given the great location. Just something to be aware of if this would be a problem for you.
